"The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well and the room was very quiet but it was on the small side. It was very near to the airport and train station- both within walking distance Overall it was good value for the money"

"New bathroom shower toilet basin and tiles, about the only features I would retain unfortunately. Carpet was filthy, double glazing in window was totally fogged up, could not see out. Building has just not been maintained at all, grounds also badly neglected. Main Building, little that I saw of the entrance lobby and stairs, etc, would make an ideal set for a scary movie, like Alfred Hitchcocks Psycho."

"Rooms are far from the reception, initially I had a room which was under ground level, the room was lovely and big but had a dated bathroom with cob webbs but I asked to move and they kindly arranged another room closer to reception. WiFi wasnt that great nor was the signal for mobile. As I had changed rooms I forgot my room number and during breakfast the staff member wouldnt let me in for breakfast even though I was there the previous day for breakfast and she remembered me. Both staff members told me to go to reception to get my room number and then they can let me in. Breakfast was basic and had filtered coffee. Parking was a challenge as it was pretty full on both days"

"Had to call the manager to get keycodes to get into rooms. Why wasnt this sent in a separate message ??? Front door on second day had a broken lock so was left open with no front desk. Bed was well used, too soft. Electric shower was OK, but who has these now, should be mains fed. Room was eclectic Parisian theme....if the bed was more comfortable would come back (maybe) , but property as a whole felt like an HMO. and access to it was from the rear , not easy to find."
