"The house was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the main bathroom was nicely updated. Some of the furniture and carpet have seen better days, but we didnt mind. The outside area was great especially the firepit and the hot tub. The kids loved the play structure and the toys inside. We could see the ocean from some of the rooms. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach with the way back being uphill. We made the trek several times and even saw some deer along the way. ...

"We loved our time at this lovely cottage for my mom's 80th birthday. There was just enough room for Mom, my sister and I as well as our 5 teen/adult kids. We enjoyed the sandy beach, quiet neighborhood, proximity to adventures and gorgeous weather. Having the kayaks to use on the calm bay was so much fun."

The only drawbacks were, that you definitely get your steps in as there are soooooo many stairs between the 4 levels of the house and you have to park in the back driveway way then walk around to the front of the house to enter as you cannot park in front on the street and there aren't any stair in back where you park to enter the house from behind. Great house but not built for the elderly."

"Three of us originally booked for three nights, stayed only two, feeling dissapppointed and disgusted. The biggest issue to deal with was the airflow throught the HVAC system was clogged with dust, debris and rodent feces in the air ducts. Secondly the garage door back entrance and door between the garage & house were not secure due to glass and rotted wood outside door with gaps which could lead to rodent entering. Third the floors and furniture were dirty and not vaccumed or cleaned. the LR...

"Lovely little home with a great deck for relaxing outside. This home is definitely all set up and ready for cooking and has so many amenities. Seal Rocks is a close 5 minute walk if you need a quick beach walk. So many other beaches and bays, and restaurants are so close by. We loved our stay, the bed was decent, couches were great and the movie selection has something for everyone. "
