"Modern hotel and very clean. Unfortunately service is very poor. Had to wait 1 hour in the restaurant for our food even though it was almost empty. Also, the level of English speaking is not great so it’s hard to communicate as a foreigner. Did laundry service which took much longer to get back then what was communicated. "

"There is a rice cooker, big refrigerator and a stove. The walls in the apartment should be painted. The kitchen sink needs to be tightened with a screw. The sink works and the faucet is loose when turned off and on. The TV should be mounted in front of the bed. There should be fast wifi installed, Netflix or Apple TV +. Cold shower. "

" Absolutely unacceptable experience – avoid this property at all costs. I booked this place through Expedia and was never able to check in. The property requires you to use a third-party app (Travelio) just to access your room — but the app does not support international numbers, making it impossible to complete check-in.
