THE SPACE
Downstairs: a queen bed, a bunk with a double below and single on top (great for kids), and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower and full washer and dryer.
Upstairs: two queen beds, an additional single bed, and a bathroom with bath/shower combo.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, 8-cup coffee maker, stove with oven and microwave. Two main-floor heat pumps provide heating and air conditioning (no A/C upstairs), with ceiling fans and a backup furnace. Note: the two futons aren't for regular use.

OUTDOORS
Unwind on the spacious porch with views of the tidal river, gather around the firepit for s'mores, or fire up the propane BBQ for dinner at sunset.

THE AREA
Enjoy rural serenity with easy day trips: West Point Beach is a 15-minute drive, and Summerside's waterfront dining, shopping and attractions are about 40 minutes away.
