Pleasant trip

I booked this for a family trip but then was unable to come myself but my husband and son found the property very comfortable, clean and well equipped. The host was communicative and kind and stayed in touch before during and after the stay. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend to others considering a stay here.

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. The property is drab, worn out and not very appealing. The photos give it a clean and modern look but it feels far from that. The furniture cheap and shabby (no glass in the doors on the wardrobe, radiator covers smashed etc), mattresses very poor and bedding cheap. Overall just not a pleasant place to be. So much so we considered just leaving after the first night and going home. The property has been cleaned and the bedding was fresh. As we arrived the Wi-Fi was not working and to be fair to the management company they addressed this very quickly. I had had to chase them for the check in details but I had it that down to it being boxing day. At the price I paid for this property for the 2 nights, I felt a little robbed!
