"Very clean and modern"

"The location was good as it was close to the train station and a nice residential neighborhood. Staff were polite and helpful. Beds were good and room service adequate and kitchen ok. But Bathroom was bad with inadequate partition for shower area. So the bathroom got wet all the time. The corridors need permanent lighting instead of a timer activated one which came ON after walking in pitch darkness for several steps."

"The only thing we did not like was being told we needed to pay for breakfast when we had while we were getting breakfast. Also, coming back to find our windows open and smelling of smoke due to the bar smoking downstairs. Other guests were rather noisy last night and this morning. Apart from that, good location, levely amentities; easy for public transport to sightsee."

"The property was clean, and the location was perfect—close to the La Défense metro station and a safe 1–2 AM walk from the metro to the hotel. Directly in front, there was a nice grocery store that supplied everything we needed for our stay. We booked two units two to three months in advance, so it surprised me that they were unable to allocate them on the same floor or side by side. If you have a similar setup, I recommend calling them ahead of time to confirm your preferences. Although our unit included a kitchenette, no paper towels were provided, and the stove in one of the units was not working. As for the front desk, some staff members were very helpful, while others seemed bothered when I asked for assistance. Overall, everything else was good, and I would recommend considering this place for your stay in Paris."

"From the reception team, restaurant staff, housekeepers and management; everyone was top notch and customer focused. The hotel itself is exceptionally maintained coupled with the advantage of having the Metro station just outside the hotel which makes it easier for commuting around the city. The M13 takes you straight to 15 mins walk Eiffel Tower (Saint Denise - Porte De Paris to Invalides Station; just 21 mins on M13). Exceptional and I can’t recommend it enough. We will come again. 😀"
