"I stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything I needed for a short stay was available. The staff was friendly, and the hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to the city center. The only downside was the air conditioning in the room. "The hotels location was great for us as it was in a lovely area and on the bus route to phantasialand. However of a night the restaurant food options were not very good. A lot of restaurants were closed mid week within the area. We stayed for 3 nights and not once in this time did the room get cleaned or towels refreshed. We had to go to reception each night asking for fresh towels. The staff are very pleasant and helpful and breakfast was lovely with something for everyone. The rooms are...

"Our air conditioner stopped working on the first night and we had to move to a different room. There the water in the shower wasn't draining well and kept accumulating on the floor of the shower cabin. Breakfast was quite good, no comparison to the American Holiday Inn version."

"The walk from the train station was longer than we expected, and we had luggage and backpacks. We should have used Bolt or a taxi."
