The house features two bedrooms on the main level along with a fully stocked kitchen, two dining areas, the first of two living areas, and a full bath.

The downstairs opens with a large living area that includes the main workspace and a door to the spacious deck and fenced-in backyard. The downstairs space also includes the third bedroom, an adjacent space with a twin sofa sleeper, and a recently upgraded half bathroom.

The incredible location of this home makes you only minutes to Valley Junction, downtown, and Drake events as well as western suburbs, and much more. You are also within walking distance of a popular wedding venue and restaurants.

To accommodate guests with allergies, we have a No Pet policy. Violation of this is subject to immediate cancellation of reservation and an $150 additional cleaning fee.
