"I am a frequent guest at Best Western properties...but i'm starting to notice a decline in cleanliness and upgrades in amenities. The rooms are in need newer flooring, curtains, wall coverings, etc... I'm sadly thinking I may consider changing my Hotel choices in the near future. I've been a loyal customer for years...but sadly, i'm disappointed in the stays. Hope you can consider keeping your loyal guests rather than join the Motel 6 clientele."

"It is such a beautiful property. And the restaurants are really fun. They do allow pets. Which is great. But maybe they should put them all on the same floor so that somebody that does not have a dog in their room does not have to listen to the barking."
