"The room was clean, though a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The location is convenient—close to the ferry for exploring around Lake Garda. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room was not working for the entire stay. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, it was never resolved, which made the room uncomfortably warm."

Per non parlare delle 2 ore in esclusiva nella jacuzzi sul terrazzo vista lago, da favola!!! Colazione incredibile, non manca nulla!!! "Hard to cite anything that didn’t go right or needs improvement. This property is an experience. Beautiful food ( our breakfast was included), suite towels and linens were lovely, and the staff sincerely tries to anticipate your every need. The grounds are heavenly, with many little alcoves and niches to sit and soak up the nature. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because it rained. Our room did have a strange semi-sheer curtain on the glass door that let in light from outdoors all night. A dark...
