La Vite Luxury 1 is a luxury apartment located in via Castello, in the heart of Desenzano del Garda, a few meters from the lake and the most exclusive activities of the city.
The property is located in an elegant and modern building, upon entering we are greeted by a long corridor furnished with refined mirrors and paintings.
After a flight of stairs, on our right we have the customer's hygiene station.
We are on the first floor and ... let's go inside! Overlooking a short corridor that leads to a spacious and bright kitchen with stone walls, equipped with table, chairs, wardrobe, a beautiful display cabinet and all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare dinners, breakfasts and snacks.
The kitchen leads to the panoramic terrace overlooking the large garden, equipped with table, chairs and umbrella.
Upon returning home we are greeted by a magnificent living room with stone walls, finely furnished ceiling with exposed beams: large Smart TV, comfortable sofa bed, bookcase, armchair and furniture from the palate up.
Part of the living room on the left is a small service bathroom with toilet, sink and mirror.
Across the corridor, the large master bathroom, equipped with tub, toilet, bidet, sink, large exposed shower (XXXL) and a beautiful mirror with drawers.
Finally, on your right, you will find the bedroom with king size double bed, double bedside table with lamp, double armchair, ornamental fireplace, Smart TV and large wardrobe with safe.
Laura's wonderful welcome, the attention to every little detail, the fully air-conditioned structure and the excellent Wi-Fi connection complete the description of this best seller in Desenzano del Garda.
The property has a covered parking space (for a fee) a few steps from the Castle of Desenzano.
La Vite is the ideal solution for those who want to spend a dream holiday in absolute comfort and relax.
