The "SMILE ON THE LAKE" apartment is located in the central Via Giuseppe Mazzini, in the heart of the capital of Lake Garda, on the second floor of a building with a shared garden. The apartment has been completely renovated and consists of a modern living room consisting of a double sofa bed, a sofa bed that converts into a single bed, TV, kitchen equipped with coffee machine, microwave and a balcony overlooking the lake and the historic center.
In the center of the corridor we find the completely new bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine and finally the bedroom with wardrobe.
Air conditioning is present in all rooms, free Wi-Fi and multi-storey private parking complete the description of this beautiful apartment, located 400 meters and close to the lake.
The check in time for this apartment is from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm, for arrivals after 7.00 pm and until 11.30 pm there is a supplement of Euro 50.00
Pets are welcome, the extra cost is 5.00 euros per day, upon request we provide you with a welcome pack if you need it, consisting of a cot or booth, aluminum feeders, mat and food ration for the first night . You can pick up the material after the holidays and it will remain your property. An additional fee of EUR 15 per night will be required for this additional service.
