This apartment is one of the very few apartments with a prestigious and unique view of the square of Desenzano del Garda and the main port. Being in the real historic center is a privilege that can give you pink sunsets on the Romantic coast of Desenzano, seated from the private balcony overlooking the lake. The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Perfect for a real Desenzanese stay.

Italian Homing is a property management company specialized in the professional management of holiday homes and tourist rentals.
To ensure compliance, security and a contactless experience, our procedures are automated and required before arrival to manage self-check-in with maximum security.
All buildings are cleaned and sanitized by certified, high-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a welcome kit for all properties and all the necessary information about the property.

The Apartment "Romantic Coast View"is very central at the Main Place of Desenzano, with a balcony above all.It was clean, and used to be good furnished,even with a large marlbe bath.The bed was uncompled and too soft for us, in the small kitchen were not many dishes left; only 2 cups, broken knives.For the clothes: only 4 hangers in total.But the agency never answered a Mailor a call the whole time in 2 weeks.They only left a long list what to do and what not...

Silver Wedding Anniversary Trip

Great communication and simple to book and sort. Check in process spot on. Apartment large and very clean. Great location and stunning view. Was rather noisy at night as a very busy area right outside the apartment. Bits of the apartment needed some attention and modernising. Would have been better if the kitchen was more equipped and thereby self catering could have been a better and easier option.
