Large and spacious 3 bedroom apartment, perfect for 6 people. The apartment has a complete lake view, large, furnished balconies. Bright living room, fully equipped kitchen in a separate room. Bathroom with shower cubicle. Small covered garage. Free and free parking around the entire residence. The location of the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the lake, the lakeside promenade of Desenzano that leads to the historic center and the nearest beach. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. However, in the historic center of Desenzano there are many food shops, delicatessens and bakeries.

Italian Homing is a 2.0 property management company.
Completely automated, from 2020 it offers modern and fast self check-in facilities.
No reception: contactless concept
All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
