An exceptional stay. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully maintained. As a family-owned property, you can truly feel the care and attention in every detail—it adds a special warmth you don’t often find in larger hotels. The location is superb, making everything easily accessible. And don’t miss the breakfast, it’s not just a meal, it’s an experience. You genuinely feel like royalty.

Everything was perfect, check in easy and clear enought even with a video. Comunication clear all the time before and the day we arrive. Location very walkable and close to ferries and train station.

Perfect hotel in Lake Garda! It is near the ferry and the train. It is also surrounded by shopping and dining. We were able to take the ferry to see some of the other towns round the lake. There were so many sailboats and wind surfers! A really fun location.

What a beautiful property. Great location, close to town but not in town, 10 minutes to the centre. Nice private beach and lovely pool. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

service experience was top notch. views & access to the old town was perfect. pool was never too crowded. rooms are charming.

Great place

Property is a little dated but very well taken care of. Clean and comfy. Parking was a plus with enough room to maneuver with a small SUV. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was good as well, a buffet with many options.

Front desk staff is extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast servers were polite and took great care. Perfect location also. Will come back again

5 minute walk to train station. 3/4 of a mile walk to the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was very good with more than enough choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with this hotel!!!

Staff was very accommodating!! Location was fantastic

Beautiful property. We loved the views! The apartments are spacious and well kept. Great communication with management staff to accommodate late check in.

This is an awesome place to stay. The staff, facilities are amazing. It is a Beauty Farm, I was not sure what that meant. I learned that there is a spa that you are able to use. We did and it was very nice and relaxing, a must if you are going to lake Garda Enjoy

The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was excellent and that staff also made us welcome. The room was clean. The location is overlooking the lake and has easy access to the lakefront promenade. It’s about a five minute walk to the center of the city and the ferry terminals. Regarding ferries we do recommend checking departure times with ticket agents. The schedules don’t always match. This is not related to the hotel. We woukd stay here again.

This hotel was great. Location couldn’t be better. Breakfast included was a hit, the food was good. Walking distance to the beach at the lake , the ferry terminal, and food options. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Currently, Summer 2026, there is a little construction going on around the property. Other than that, there is at least one staff member/possible owner who can speak English. The room was nice. The shower was wonderful after a hot day. They provide a glass bottle of still water (regular) or sparkling water. There is a restaurant, but we didn't eat there due to other arrangements.

Our second stay at this family operated hotel. Stayed 2 weeks in October, 2015. Very please with the hotel, its excellent staff, great location and great breakfast. The breakfast buffet is great with an amazing view of the lake, surrounding mountains and the city from the 5th floor with unobstructed views due to the sliding glass doors making up the walls. The owner, Emanuel Bonotto, is on site greeting guests, asking if the room is ok, if there is anything that is needed or if he can provide...
