"Place was great and animal friendly. We had to bring our dog and they accommodate us. There was dishes available with stove and microwave and the refrigerator was very cold which I love. If I had to complain about anything it would be the available channels haha wasn't anything good to watch but that's okay spent most of our days at the ball field. The best part would be the near by river and the cleanliness of the surrounding area. Our last day there we did notice dog feces on the side walk in front of hotel which somebody obviously didn't pick up but that's not hotels fault. Overall great place. "

"We booked this vacation with the intention of swimming and laying by the pool. We grocery shopped since there was a kitchen. But an hour after checking in, we got a message that the pool was closed indefinitely during our stay. After many back and forth messages with Cozy Suites, I was told we could not cancel, but would be compensated for the days the pool was closed. So we left right away, booked a hotel nearby, and had to throw away some of the groceries since we no longer had a kitchen. On the day we would have checked out, the pool was still closed, so I messaged about getting compensated and all they were willing to do is about 1/5th of the total cost. This was unacceptable to me, so I will be in contact with my credit card company and my attorney. Also - the parking app did not work, but they said that was not their problem. I am very unhappy with all of this."

"I was so pleasantly surprised by this place. Super clean, great staff, excellent location, very walkable, beautiful views. Best part was the shower in the room, that can make a huge difference after a long day and this one was great."
