Super-Easy Check-Out: No one likes to clean while on vacation. We do not require you to clean before checkout. The cleaning fee covers everything.

We are at about 1000 ft above Palm Springs, so temperatures tend to be 5-10 degrees cooler than the Valley floor. Our house often gets an incredible breeze due to its higher elevation.

Cool fact: The water of Desert Hot Springs Water District has been voted the best water in the world at the 30th Annual Berkeley Springs International Water Tasting event. The local water contains lots of healthy minerals, and those are the same water you'll find in our pool, hot tub, and faucets. Enjoy!

There is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk, and please keep your kids safe. Glass and food are not allowed near the pool or hot tub.

By booking this property, you and all guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hosts and their agents from all claims or actions related to the use of the hot tub or pool.

Before receiving the check-in instructions, you'll need to verify your identity, e-sign our rental agreement, and provide a security deposit.

** Other things to note **

Per city regulations, we allow no more than 8 guests at the property at any time! Parties are strictly PROHIBITED!

To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we have provided initial household supplies and toiletries, but these may not be enough for your entire stay, and you may need to purchase additional items.

As per local regulations of the city of Desert Hot Springs, we require that you verify your identity and e-sign our rental agreement after your booking is confirmed. We will provide you with a secured link to do so.

There is plenty of free parking. You may park on the driveway which fits 2 cars. And lots of free street parking is also available.

Access is with a keypad on the front door. We will provide you with the code before your arrival, and it will work throughout your stay.

Early check-in (before 4 pm) or late check-out (after 11 am) may be available - please inquire at least 24 hours before your stay if you need this.

In order to keep you and our property safe, we have outdoor cameras in the front yard (1), back yard (1), and a doorbell camera. No indoor cameras.
