"The staff was great. They upgraded our room. They were friendly! The hotel itself was kinda dingy and outdated. The pool area was very nice! The pools were all pretty hot. So swimming during the day wasn’t very enjoyable. Swimming at night was a lot of fun!"

My brother and his wife booked a room here aswell so the point was for us to all be together. As we were already in DHS the day of our booking date we received a call 2 hours after arrival time (we were out to dinner) telling us they were over booked and they had no rooms available for us. (They gave away our room) My brother and his wife were unable to get a refund...
