Brand new Trane HVAC system. Secure, gated paved yard with parking. The large pool is unheated and is cleaned and serviced twice a week year-round. Only 20 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and 34 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park. A doggy door leads to a secure large backyard. With its mountain views, serene setting, swimming pool set away from the house, and some of the best natural hot springs only a few blocks away, it offers an environment to recharge and rejuvenate.
