Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Costly Mistake

I booked the property so that my friends had a good place to stay. They volunteered to work my booth at coachella. We were supposed to unwind the day before the event. We never heard from the host, we showed up. Nobody to be found. Called, messaged and even contacted support. Nothing was able to be done. I was forced to book another property at a significantly higher price.
