"A beautiful cottage which is spacious and well looked after which provided a fantastic base for our weekend away. The private hot tub was a wonderful addition to the property. Generous space in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Hosts were very welcoming before we even got there. You could tell they think a lot of their cottage as well as being super supportive towards guests. Will definitely be back."

"I booked this cottage as it was a very good price for a one night stay. I’d recommend as it was in a very peaceful area, with a lovely pub that does nice food about a minute walk away. The only downside to the properties area was the internet connection, as data was struggling for connection. The hot tub was brilliant, would recommend to make sure you burn wood straight away as it takes a while to warm up. It was a very cosy night and I’d definitely recommend and even come back again."

"We had a really lovely 1 night stay in the Highland pod at the Cow & Plough. The bed was unbelievably comfy and the pod was well designed, cosy and warm with quite a lot of room for two. It had all the things we'd need for a short stay – only needing our toiletries and food. We found the shower pressure wasn't great but manageable. "We had a lovely stay at Baileys Tavern with our 3 small dachshunds. We were visiting and being visited by relatives from Leicester. They all agreed that it was a very comfortable and clean house, we were happy that our dogs were safe and happy in the secure garden.The village was nice and the people friendly and there were some lovely places to visit nearby.My only suggestion would be for a couple of garden chairs to enjoy the mild weather. "Just came back from our bank holiday weekend break with our two dogs, beautiful place. lots of places say they are dog friendly and aren’t but this one definitely is. Enclosed garden, nice walks in the area and places to eat (loved the extra touch of a binder with local places near by to choose our walks) it is very spacious for a one bedroom, and the bed was out of this world comfortable! We would definitely stay again 🫶🏻"
