In a 3000 m2 tropical garden, the Lesafran lodgings, 350 m from Grande Anse beach and its many restaurants, WITHOUT ANY ALGAE, quiet at the end of a dead end, rent the ventilated ARIZONA studio with 1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed , television, kitchenette with fridge, 2 electric plates, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and everything needed for the 3 daily meals, bathroom and separate toilet, hallway with storage, terrace and table for meals, free wifi . Car park.
Linens fully supplied and changed weekly.
Possibility of washing your personal linen in common machine.
Low season (01 \ 05 to 14/12): 180 euros / week
High season (15/12 to 30/04): 260 euros / week
Possibility to rent vehicle a / p 20 euros / day with reception at the airport.
Big game fishing possible on our 36 '' Revenge boat.

Location tres sombre

La location n'est pas ce dont à quoi je m'attendais. La plage est plus loin que 350 m ( peut être à vol d'oiseau mais pas par la route), quelques blattes dans la maison. Alors oui c'est la nature, mais j'ai horreur de ces bestioles. Mais le point le plus negatif est que ce studio est très très sombre, il possede des volets, mais pas de fenêtre , donc lors de mes sorties qui etaient quotidiennes, le studio n'était jamais ouvert. Ce n'etait pas très cher, mais heureusement que ma famille avait loué à quelques centaines de mètres, j'ai passé tout le temps chez eux.

Logement réservé avec 1 chambre indépendante à la réception 1 pièce unique kitchenette incluse sans table Vaisselle ébréchée...... Evier : Pas d'égouttoir donc l'eau de la vaisselle humide s'écoule de l'évier vers les plaques de cuissons risques électriques Salle de bain bouchée réponse du propriétaire ventouse à disposition, donc tout le séjour nous avons pris notre douche dans le bac à douche plein d'eau de refoulement de l'évier, du lavabo et de la douche (non hygiénique) Hygiène : souris morte et nombreuses blattes dans la pièce Terrasse : PLUS TOT "couloir de passage" pour nos voisins locataires, femme de ménage ... donc pas de privatisation ni intimité. Juxtaposée à l'allée principale, nombreux va et vient aux heures des repas nous privant d'intimité et de calme (voiture moteur allumé durant le repas) Lave linge pas à disposition, il faut donner son linge au propriétaire, donc difficile de lui donner "les petites culottes" Animaux de compagnie non acceptés par contre le chien de la maison est au pied de notre table à chaque repas quémandant d'éventuels condiments. Obligation de laisser notre porte close afin que le chien ne rentre pas. Prises électriques posées dans le panier à couverts.... Ampoule devant la porte d'entrée enlevée par le propriétaire, difficile de mettre la clef dans la serrure de nuit Support du détecteur de fumée au plafond, par contre pas de détecteur, n'est-ce pas obligatoire depuis le 09 mars 2010? Connexion wifi inexistante dans les autres logements, tous les locataires viennent se connecter devant notre entrée. Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le descriptif, la plage est à 720 mètres et non pas à 350 avec en plus une montée conséquente Parking 2 places uniquement Nous avons quelques photos qui prouvent ces commentaires. Nous sommes à votre disposition pour étayer ce courrier et nous demandons le remboursement intégral de ce séjour en dédommagement
