Top Despatch Hotel Reviews

The Paxton Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Cozy hotel"

The Capital Boardwalk

10/10 Excellent

"Convient and good value stay, quiet room and comfortable bed."

Radisson Blu Hotel, Port Elizabeth

10/10 Excellent

"Booked for an overnight stay as somewhere to get a good night sleep between locations. Clean, comfortable, did what we needed."

The Beach Hotel

8/10 Good

"This hotel is broadly very good. I was staying in one of its better rooms and everything in the room was pretty good. The staff were excellent, the breakfast is good and the Ginger Restaurant was a real treat. My only criticisms are 1) that there seems to be an issue with their hot water which means it is tinted yellow and sometimes produces sediment. This is only an issue really if you want to take a bath, but given PE and South Africa do have major water supply issues, this isn't the end of the world as the shower was good. Otherwise, the WiFi wasn't strong enough to connect to my rooms smart TV, meaning I couldn't watch Netflix etc without using my phones hotspot. Again, fairly minor. I would happily stay again."

Singa Lodge - Lion Roars Hotels & Lodge

8/10 Good

"Very nice stay, ok spot and felt safe"

Road Lodge Gqeberha

"The breakfast was a bit disappointing due to the renovations of the breakfast hall. Hopefully when that is finished it will improve."

Southern Sun The Marine

"Well kept. Good breakfast. "
