"The facility was acceptable. Room was clean. Breakfast area was nice and food was good. However, the presents/support/interest of the innkeepers was nonexistent. At check inn, the innkeeper spoke only German ( no English). We communicated with difficulty via a phone translator. This would have been okay if no other option, accept he indicated his wife spoke English, yet she stayed in their adjoining residence and never attempted to help. "The place was very clean and had plenty of room for my family of 7. The owner was not there but the mother lives down on the bottom floor. She met us and explained everything, mostly in German. Although we speak very little German, we could understand most of the things she was saying and pointing to. I particularly liked the storage closet/room they had right outside the door.
