This second-floor unit offers beautiful Gulf views from the private balcony and the convenience of being on a lower level—giving you the option to skip the elevator and take a short flight of stairs directly to the beach walk leading to the private shoreline.

The condo features tile flooring throughout the main living areas, with carpeted bedrooms for added comfort. The fully equipped kitchen includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig, making it easy to start your mornings just the way you like.
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The living room offers a fabric sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, ceiling fan, 42” TV with DVD player, and a private master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is ideal for families, offering a queen bed, a set of bunk beds, and a standing fan for added comfort. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and a tall toilet. For your convenience, all TVs in the unit are equipped with DVD players.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach.
