Another Great Stay

Awesome time. This is the third time staying at this property and my entire family including the dog enjoyed it. One of the great things about this property is the property management company. They were very attentive and easy to communicate with. The little neighborhood is quiet and a very short walk to the beach and close to area attractions/shopping.

Nice property in peaceful neighborhood

Loved the outside porch at the front of the property - space at the back is very limited. Pretty neighborhood with easy access to beach.

Destin gem

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin. The house was great for our large family. Would definitely stay there again! We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed before we got back to the house. They were very responsive to communication.

Get away

We live in the big Bend of Florida. Met family there from the north. Had a great time. Spent a lot of time on front porch visiting. Very spacious lovely home that was well equipped in a quiet neighborhood

Great location with short walk to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking our dog. Management company was great to work with and getting the property rented was a breeze. Do yourself a favor and eat at Fat Clemenza’s on 98. We found it this trip and wished we had done so sooner. Incredible Italian cuisine. Definitely will be going back to the property.

Such a great home!

Our family enjoyed this vacation home! It was very spacious with great use of space. The golf cart was made all the difference. We swam at the pool nearly every day and normally there by ourselves. It is a great community!

Our 6 week stay

We absolutely fell in love with this house while staying here for 6 weeks. It was very clean and neat. The beds were very comfortable which we have not had in our past houses we stayed in. We loved the neighborhood and the walk along the beach every day. The water was so clean and you could see right through it. Loved the clean white sand. We would love to stay here again next year if it is not sold before we come back. Would highly recommend this house to anyone coming to Destin. ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic stay!!

This property and our experience with it was fantastic. Great communication from the property manager and very quick responses to any queries. The house was perfect for our family location and the proximity to the beach, as well as access to the community pool, were wonderful. The beach toys in the garage were enjoyed by all! We were especially impressed with responses to maintenance requests. There were a few issues when we checked in but someone came promptly to fix them. The television didn't work and they brought a brand new one and installed it! This property was great and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking. We do wish we had opted to use the golf cart as that would have made trips to the beach easier but the provided wagon served well for transporting beach chairs and toys.

Beautiful beach home in lovely neighborhood

House was clean, beautiful with a reasonably stocked kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Golf cart was a lot of fun - definitely worth the extra money. Community pool was very short walk and empty so we had it to ourselves. Destin commons is very close. The property has a grill and 2 bikes that were not listed in the amenities so that was a nice surprise. Parking was tight, we had a minivan and an SUV so there was lots of pulling in and out to get access to the golf cart. Not a big deal though. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute Property Close to Beach

The property was clean and had a lot of gear for the beach available. The parking is very narrow so if you are traveling with more than one vehicle the cars will have to be rearranged. The wifi would not connect in the upstairs bedroom during the stay. Management was contacted and they attempted to come fix it but it was still messed up by the time we left.

Family time in Destin Florida.

Our visit from start to finish was perfect! The house was as described on VRBO. I received all the check in information prior to our arrival via email. The house was ready for our arrival. The house was spotless and well suppied with all the essentials. The house had plenty of room for our four adults and two children and small pet. The kitchen was very well stocked with many utensils , pans, and dishes. We rented the golf cart, but we really didn’t need it. We found plenty parking at all the beaches. Parking if not free was usually $5.00 for 5 hours. The beaches are amazing! Sugar sand and turquoise water! The weather was up and down, but we found plenty to do. If you have small children visit Baytown on the Harbor. Big shoot out to Nancy, our property manager she was so helpful and kind! Great time many memories! Valeri

Definite pros and cons. Would like to leave a longer review, your not getting the entire story.

We travel to the Destin area every two years. We have never stayed at the same house twice. We bring a big family group and always make the best of it. Some houses we’ve stayed at have definitely been better than others. Unfortunately, this was the most expensive house we’ve stayed at and probably the one we’ve liked the least. I’m going to list some pros and cons for you now. Pros: The home is a decent size. It had the amount of rooms/beds we needed. Access to the golf cart was fantastic.(Have to pay extra for that though) We absolutely would have had a miserable time trying to make the walk to and from the beach each day. It’s farther than you realize and we’re all pretty fit/healthy people. The community pool is very nice. Our family really enjoyed using it. Con’s: First and foremost, the mattresses are AWFUL. Especially the two bunk bed rooms/matresses. I assume they think only kids use the bunk’s therefore they can skimp on the quality of mattresses, but that wasn’t the case for our group. Even the non bunk bed mattresses were not great by any means. Night one I had to kill a massive cockroach in the downstairs bathroom. Small ants in kitchen. The washer and dryer are SO out of date. They desperately need an upgrade. We had to run the dryer multiple times per load to get the clothes dry. The washer is also one of the loudest washers I’ve ever heard. The couches are stained. The decor is cheap and tacky. They provided the bare minimum.in amenities. One pack of detergent.

Whole family vacation with parents, children and grandchildren. House had everything we needed for cooking and playing at the beach. Golf cart was great for all the trips to the beach. Would rent this house again. Management company was easy to work with for the rental and good communication during the stay.

We had an amazing time at the Victoria Seacret! The cutest house, best location, and the best property manager! Our golf cart was having issues and Nancy was quick to fix the problem!

Family Vacay

We had between 9-11 people including children/infants , for a week at this location. The communication was perfect. The response to maintenance was handled very quickly by pleasant staff. The couch could use replacement, however it was a great size for our crew. The cart was awesome! We had to make several trips back and forth to get everyone to/from the beach but was great. It would be great if they had a charging place for the cart at the front of the house to negate the need to move our cars in and out to get the cart charged and out for the trips . Overall we had a wonderful stay and we will be back.
