We live in the big Bend of Florida. Met family there from the north. Had a great time. Spent a lot of time on front porch visiting. Very spacious lovely home that was well equipped in a quiet neighborhood

We absolutely loved our stay in Destin. The house was great for our large family. Would definitely stay there again! We had an issue with the dishwasher and it was fixed before we got back to the house. They were very responsive to communication.

Beautful house with all the conveniences. Our group of 10 stayed very comfortably here. The house and its furnishings were all very clean and well kept. Just like it was pictures on VRBO. Convenient location to the beach and to 98. Golf cart made trips yo the beach very easy. It was a eonderful, relaxing week! Thank you!

Relaxing!

Loved the house for our party of 11, two separated families. The pool and proximity to the ocean and beach were perfect for our group. Short walks and the availability of the expandable wagon were ideal. Great property, location and access to management for questions (we werenโ€™t sure on check out responsibilities) made this a seemless trip to one of USAโ€™s most beautiful beaches and amenities!

Great location with short walk to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet and great for walking our dog. Management company was great to work with and getting the property rented was a breeze. Do yourself a favor and eat at Fat Clemenzaโ€™s on 98. We found it this trip and wished we had done so sooner. Incredible Italian cuisine. Definitely will be going back to the property.

Neighborhood looked like a movie set!!! So cute!!

We loved our stay and would definitely consider renting again. The only thing that Iโ€™d suggest is to have extra sheets and blankets on hand.

Such a great home!

Our family enjoyed this vacation home! It was very spacious with great use of space. The golf cart was made all the difference. We swam at the pool nearly every day and normally there by ourselves. It is a great community!

Fantastic stay!!

This property and our experience with it was fantastic. Great communication from the property manager and very quick responses to any queries. The house was perfect for our family location and the proximity to the beach, as well as access to the community pool, were wonderful. The beach toys in the garage were enjoyed by all! We were especially impressed with responses to maintenance requests. There were a few issues when we checked in but someone came promptly to fix them. The television didn't work and they brought a brand new one and installed it! This property was great and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking. We do wish we had opted to use the golf cart as that would have made trips to the beach easier but the provided wagon served well for transporting beach chairs and toys.

Beautiful beach home in lovely neighborhood

House was clean, beautiful with a reasonably stocked kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Golf cart was a lot of fun - definitely worth the extra money. Community pool was very short walk and empty so we had it to ourselves. Destin commons is very close. The property has a grill and 2 bikes that were not listed in the amenities so that was a nice surprise. Parking was tight, we had a minivan and an SUV so there was lots of pulling in and out to get access to the golf cart. Not a big deal though. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute Property Close to Beach

The property was clean and had a lot of gear for the beach available. The parking is very narrow so if you are traveling with more than one vehicle the cars will have to be rearranged. The wifi would not connect in the upstairs bedroom during the stay. Management was contacted and they attempted to come fix it but it was still messed up by the time we left.

Listing mischaracterizes distance from the beach

BEWARE: If you are staying with small children who love the beach, this is not the house for you. The listing says it is "two blocks from the beach" when it is actually 3/4 mile to the public beach with amenities and parking, and 1/2 mile to the public beach with no parking or amenities. Fortunately, the pool was close. The house was well appointed and the bedrooms and bathrooms were great, but the dining room and table were too small to accommodate the 12 people who were staying there. We would have appreciated a larger common area and dining room.

Family time in Destin Florida.

Our visit from start to finish was perfect! The house was as described on VRBO. I received all the check in information prior to our arrival via email. The house was ready for our arrival. The house was spotless and well suppied with all the essentials. The house had plenty of room for our four adults and two children and small pet. The kitchen was very well stocked with many utensils , pans, and dishes. We rented the golf cart, but we really didnโ€™t need it. We found plenty parking at all the beaches. Parking if not free was usually $5.00 for 5 hours. The beaches are amazing! Sugar sand and turquoise water! The weather was up and down, but we found plenty to do. If you have small children visit Baytown on the Harbor. Big shoot out to Nancy, our property manager she was so helpful and kind! Great time many memories! Valeri

Gorgeous house. Beautiful location.

So I gave this house 4 stars because of a couple minor details we had. All of which the management handled efficiently and appropriately. There were a couple minor cosmetic issues with the plaster (looked like someone fell or opened the door too hard and they hadnโ€™t fixed it yet). We rented the golf cart and the front brakes broke halfway through our trip so we had to rent one from a 3rd party anyway. (Rent from a third party. Itโ€™s a little more expensive but they are bigger, run better and run on gas and not battery). They did promptly return the remaining balance for the week. Other than some minor issues the house is GORGEOUS! Totally worth the price. And the location is perfect as long as you have that golf cart (a few blocks from the beach so the golf cart was gold!). We totally enjoyed our vacation here. I will rent again!

We had a great time overall

We drove an RV to the property and we didnโ€™t think anything of it until neighbors started taking pictures of it parked on the driveway. And I mean, acting as if we werenโ€™t just sitting in the porch. In my opinion, a bit rude. Then we get a message from the management company saying that we are violating HOA rules by parking it there. Well, we tried to contest it saying that nobody was dwelling in it, we were just using it as a transportation vehicle because we had 10 people with us. They told us that we had agreed to abide by the HOA rules by signing the HOA agreement and it was out of their control but they were kind enough to help us find a place to park it. Which it was definitely going above and beyond and we definitely appreciate that. The property was beautiful, in great shape, well stocked and everything worked as it should. I would recommend this property 100% but be aware of the Karenโ€™s and Kenโ€™s that patrol the neighborhood and might put a damp on your vacation.
