This is a privately owned and managed property so you get quality personal attention and our house is maintained to ensure guest enjoyment!

Walk into the private gates of our beautifully landscaped house and you will feel as if you are staying in your own compound. This is no doubt the most unique set up in all of Crystal Beach. The 75ft x 150ft oversized lot allows plenty of parking. The courtyard/pool area is totally enclosed creating a sense of privacy while actually being in the center of everything.

This property has had plenty of upgrades and refinements since purchased in 2020! From technology to new luxury furniture and decor, you will not be disappointed. Our guests are in awe the second they walk into the homes featuring 11 different cheerful room colors.

POOL:The pool is 5 ½ ft deep (3ft at shallow end) and has been converted to a salt water. Not to confuse this with water in the gulf. It simply takes salt and converts it to chlorine making it feel silky and smooth. Approx. size is 12’x20’

Enjoy the gulf breeze in a 6 seater Street Legal Golf Cart. No hassle with going to pick it up. It’ll be here waiting on you when you arrive. Included complementary with your stay. Min 3-night rental off season and 7-night minimum June/July.

MAIN HOUSE The main house is a 1527 sq ft open floor plan with 2 bedrooms/2 baths. It is a one story home which features a 23’ x 21’ great room having an 18ft cathedral ceiling and is the ultimate spot for entertaining with a long unique dining table and new entertainment equipment (70” OLED smart TV, Sonos surround sound system, highest speed Internet). Windows surround this home allowing a view into the courtyard area from the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom. The Master Bath features a garden tub and a full size glass enclosed stand up shower. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed. The kitchen comes fully equipped and features all stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, and smooth-top range. The kitchen also has an insta-pot/air fryer and Margaritaville ice shaver/blender for your enjoyment. This house sleeps 5 in beds (including 1 rollaway twin). There is a queen air mattress in the guest closet to sleep 2 more where needed if desired.

GUEST HOUSE
The guest house is a 2 story 1000 sq ft home with 2 bedrooms/1.5 bath. It also has an 18ft cathedral ceiling giving the home a larger feel. The living room has a TV with cable, AppleTV, & DVD player. The downstairs bedroom features a king bed and upstairs bedroom has a Queen bed. This unique property having a Guest House verses Guest Quarters, has a fully equipped kitchen making it a perfect choice for 2 families. This house sleeps 5 in beds (including 1 rollaway twin bed).

LOFT
The loft above the garage is a haven for the kids to hang out in. It has a ½ bath and a TV/DVD player. There is a Queen sleeper sofa along with a twin daybed with trundle to comfortably sleep 4 total.

Every bedroom/sleeping space has either a smartTV or TV with cable box.

Walk 1 long block south and enjoy our world-class beach. Destin Commons Mall is just to the north 1/4 mile and boasts something for everyone from shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants. All accessible by our golf cart!

We are a family rental and do not rent to vacationing students. The minimum age requirement is 25.

Dogs allowed with fee of $175 for one dog and $50 for each additional dog. An additional $50 cleaning fee also applies. (There are weight LIMITS and restrictions so please inquire in advance of booking)

Pool can be heated at $50/night and $250/week. Please inquire about this before making your reservation so that we can send a complete quote.

CHECK IN IS AT 4PM. Checkout is at 10AM. Due to usually having a check in on the same days as checkout, requests for early check in or late checkout are rarely approved. You can inquire the week of your arrival as there may be a gap in rental stays. Additionally, our property is large and requires the full vacancy time for our cleaning crew to properly prepare the property for our guests.

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO for my grandmother's 70th birthday celebration. The home was perfect for our family, which offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The location was ideal with easy access to the beautiful Destin beach, shopping, and restaurants.The pool was a favorite spot for everyone, providing a great place to unwind. We also loved cooking meals together in the fully equipped kitchen, which made family dinners feel extra special. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion, and we’re grateful for the wonderful memories made there. This was a great place for our two families to stay on our first trip to Destin. The kids loved the pool when we didn’t go to the beach. We had everything we needed to cook several meals and make the most of the beautiful weather. The golf cart was icing of the cake!

This was the first 'family' vacation for myself, my brothers, parents and our extended families having taken together. This property suited us well as it gave everyone enough space to both be together and alone at the same time depending on the day/time, etc. With 5 grown (15-20) aged children there was something everyone could enjoy and the proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. was ideal!

I cannot say enough about our stay at Gigi’s paradise. The golf card provided kept us less than one minute from the beach. The property was very beautiful and comfortable and decorated as the perfect beach home. The owner returned an answer to a question for me within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this little piece of paradise! Very clean, very comfortable and very convenient. Thank you for sharing your home.

This was the perfect stay for our four families. With main house, guest house and loft there was plenty of space to hang together and also additional privacy for each family. Location was perfect as it was just a short walk to beach or restaurants and stores and if you didn’t want to walk, the golf cart was available for use. Owner was very responsive and open to questions and requests. This is a must stay place if you plan to visit Destin and want the ability to lay by the pool, hang at beach and visit all the area has to offer.

This property is a wonderful choice for my family. Great for kids and adults (well-maintained pool and plenty of space in the houses)! Great for pets (fence, green space, nice sidewalks to take walks). All the conveniences of home (Wi-Fi, laundry, close to lots of grocery stores, cable TV, etc), Amazing golf cart, Great beach access (Just a block or two away). Weather was perfect our entire week.

Would like to say it was our first time at gigis sunshine and it did not disappoint. Super convenient w/ great amenities. We are a family of 6 and so much room. House has everything you need from golf cart, short drive to beach, beach necessities to include beach chairs, towels. You have everything you need staying here. Great location close to other stores and great restaurants. Will for sure book again as we enjoyed our trip so much! Also, most important very clean and organized!!

GiGi Sunshine was a fantastic vacation home for our family vacation. The 2 houses and loft were the perfect amount of space for all of us! Having the pool on the property was great for my grand-kids and my elderly parents and the golf cart made it so easy to go to the beach-especially since my mom has such a hard time walking. The pool temp was perfect and the accommodations were very comfortable and clean. The property manager, Car was very easy to work with and found it very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be staying at GiGi's again!

I booked this for our family of adult children and their wives to come together. It was absolutely perfect. The pictures in the listing are exactly what the house looks like. Everything was perfect and the property manager was wonder in reminding us of trash nights and what not. The pool is awesome, very clean. We had it heated and used it into the evening. We had 8 adults/adult children for a week’s stay at GiGi’s Paradise. It was exactly as described. The house is very well equipped from the kitchen to the wifi, pool toys, new grill, ping pong, bikes, golf cart etc. It was very clean and big enough to comfortably take more than our 8 (plus small dog). The golf cart is incredibly convenient as the beach, groceries, restaurants etc are very nearby. Last, Car, the property owner/manager was extremely communicative and responsive to questions. We even chose to stay an additional night. We have stayed at many VRBOs and highly recommend this property!!

Our crew was made up of all ages (53, 45, 27, 23, 20, 19, 14 and 8 months old). We thoroughly enjoyed our time at GiGi’s Sunshine. It was perfect for our group. We each had our own space yet we were all together. This place has everything you need for a beach vacation. The golf cart and bikes were the icing on the cake. We spent lots of time outside and in the pool. Beds were super comfy. Not one negative thing I can say about this place. We will be back for sure!!!!

The property owner was easily accessible and very responsive. She accommodated our needs to make sure our stay was the best! We had a late flight but she worked with us to keep our luggage there until we had to leave. By far one of the best family vacations we have had. There was more space than we expected with plenty of beds for kids, toddlers, and adults. Roll out beds were great for the kids that wanted their own space. Great location! Only minutes from the beach, mall, and restaurants. Property was very clean and had everything we needed not only for cooking but for the beach. We highly recommend this vacation rental. This property was perfect for our family!The golf cart, pool, bikes and ping pong table added to our week of fun and memories.The two houses gave us room to spread out and have privacy if needed. The kitchen has everything you could need and the outside grill is great for cookouts. The beds are comfortable. The outside porches provided shade when we needed to take a rest from the sun. The beach is close and beautiful. Loved the keypad entry… no worrying about keys! Carlina was a wonderful host. She is quick to respond to any questions you may have. I picked this VRBO listing because it was nearby the venue where my now husband and I got married. We had plenty of space to prepare for the ceremony, have a mini bachelorette and bachelors party, and we even brought our puppy with us which made it all the more special. Carlina was awesome with helping me and my family set everything up for this special occasion, and I couldn’t be more thankful! We all really loved our stay, the houses are so fun and we loved the colorfulness of it! We were able to walk one block down the street and be at the beach, which was truly beautiful. Overall, we all had a really fun stay, and we especially loved the loft area, as that became everyone’s favorite hang out spot. Thank you Carlina for everything!

Main house has only 2 bedrooms. Side house has only 2 bedrooms & pullout couch. The pictured "loft room" is actually located out back. .. up the back stairs over the garage. And nothing in this area is good for sleeping on.

Based on all the checkout requirements I would have thought the house outside would have been in better shape. I cleaned up the garage and the pool heat was on in 90 plus weather and the pool was dirty and nobody came by to clean it. Also, a guy came by around 7 or 8 in the morning to do a monthly check on the golfcart and was not told he was coming. Did love the location and it was very quite area.
