Just remodeled, 1 Bedroom/1 Bath tropical paradise which is located on the third floor in the southwest part of the complex and is literally just a few steps to the elevator, making the beach and pool access effortless. Once at the beach you'll have the soft white sugar sand and the emerald waters of the beautiful Gulf at your toes.

The luxurious master bedroom boasts a new decorated beach retreat with a king size bed and new mattress. The tropical inspired all wood furniture and closet have plenty of room to host all your clothes. There is also a 32” high definition LED TV and a large ceiling fan for your enjoyment.
The espresso colored 2 panel doors and louvered bifolds add to the tropical feel of this unit.
The sleek bathroom has a large vanity and sink, luxury towel sets, a large bathtub and a ADA height commode.
This new larger kitchen exudes cleanliness and a modern style with the addition of all new shaker style cabinetry with soft close doors and drawers, Quartz counter tops, high end glass backsplash, new waterproof plank floor, new LED kitchen lighting, newer stainless steel appliances consisting of a french door refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-cup Coffee Maker as well as all the accoutrements one could want.
The breakfast bar is the perfect place to grab something quick to eat or you can enjoy more intimate dining at the dining table. There are two additional chairs to seat any additional guests at the table, if needed.
Gather and relax in the living room to watch the 55 inch high definition LED TV. Also enjoy the look of the new shiplap on the walls and taller living room lamps to provide ample lighting while reading your favorite book.
If music is what your looking for, turn on the Soundfreaq system to stream music(bluetooth) or listen to the FM stereo.
There is also the queen size sofa sleeper with a brand new 6 inch commercial comfort cool mattress. This is not one of those old pull out sleepers your used to seeing in other units - no bars in your back on this one!
Relax on the open balcony for the million dollar view which also has new comfortable flooring for your feet. This is where the most breathtaking sunsets take place, mostly May thru Oct. (please keep in mind the sun changes position throughout the months and it may not be the exact scene as in the pictures).
You also get to enjoy the view of the sand dunes, boats, the bay bridge and the East Pass. There is also a ceiling fan to keep the breezes going. Oh, and don't forget to watch the fireworks show right from the balcony (seasonal & special occasions). No fighting crowds or traffic, it’s awesome. Your not going to get this with a beach view unit !

Great Condo

We enjoyed this condo very much. Check in was easy and the condo was equipped with all the essential items plus a few extras. The owner has great attention to detail. The patio furniture was great, the bed was comfortable, nice towels in the bathroom and a great welcome manual. I would recommend this condo!!!

Property was just as it was described. Phil did an excellent job of providing everything that you would need at this property. Condo was decorated very appropriately and it is evident that he takes great pride in ensuring his guests have a great experience! We will be back!!!

Great Experience

This was our first visit to Destin. The condo was perfect for the two of us. VERY clean and so quiet. It was like we were away from everything, but we were really close to so many things. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure everything was going okay. Very close to a beautiful beach. Everyone was so friendly. If I could I would rate give this 10 stars!!!

First time in Destin

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. Phil was quick to answer messages right away and plus he could be reached 24 hours a day. This condo was right on the ocean the beach was right behind the condo. I always look for free beach service and he has it and the crew that runs the beach service were awesome. The condo was very clean and up to date on appliances. I would definitely stat here again.

It really is that green!

It was our first time visiting the emerald coast and we were in awe of it’s beauty. This condo was the perfect spot to enjoy it fully. Holiday Isle keeps you sheltered from the bustle of busy Destin and crowded beaches. This location was perfect. We enjoyed the beach service (fyi, don’t pay the boys to reserve your spot. They took our money and didn’t hold a specific spot for us as they told us they would. It was better just to grab an open set yourself. There were plenty available and there are no bad seats with that view!) The pool was spectacular also. The condo itself was cozy and comfortable. We didn’t try the pull out or even turn on a TV, but the king bed was very comfy. The kitchen had all that we needed and it was wonderful to have a washer/dryer available. I also like the extra large entry area so we could place our beach items there and not drag sand through the whole place. Parking and elevators could be cramped, but that is no fault of anyone’s and to be expected in a place that everyone wants to be! We had a lovely vacation and would love to return!

I wouldn’t

There is no early checkin or place to put your bags until checkin. It wouldn’t have been as big a deal if we rented a car, but that didn’t make financial sense just so we had a place to put our luggage between flight and checkin. Beach service seemed to be ran by young men (maybe 15-20) who rolled eyes and acted like it was a hassle to find chairs for us a couple of the days, some days were just fine. Days after leaving, we were told we broke something at the property when I have photos of the date and time we left proving we did not. I’ve disputed with my bank, but still a hassle. I’ll go directly through the hotel next time, as the staff were amazing even though we weren’t their guest. The location is beautiful as well, and the pool and grill area were fun for the kids. They did the math for me and I could have saved money AND checked in whenever I wanted had I gone directly through them.

We stayed for 7 nights in June. Gated community. Felt safe staying in this building as a woman with two children. We do practice common sense, keep the doors locked and once it was dark outside, we stayed in our unit. Elevators were working fine. Sounds like they were replaced last year. Unit is on third floor. Outdoor pool area is nice with enough shade umbrellas to stay out of the sun if desired. Beach is very close. There are some small shells on this beach. A lot of the shells you’ll find are broken. Beach service is nice, able to stay out of the sun when desired. A hose is available to spray off feet, sand from floats or shoes. Air conditioner works well in the unit. No bugs or insects in the unit. No problems with noisy neighbors or loud music. Nice for families. King bed is comfortable. For us, the pull out sofa bed was not comfortable enough to really sleep on. Three of us slept in the king bed. Kitchen is nice. Dishwasher works. Did not try clothes washer/dryer. Lots of grocery stores nearby (we had a car to drive).

Great Location!

Our family of 4 enjoyed the beach access, pool the most. The condo was well equipped for cooking meals, and the bed was very comfortable! Our only complaint is the gym, which was something we were looking for. Its the size of a large utility closet with one treadmill and one weight set. But everything else was amazing!

Piece of heaven

You are steps from the beach and pool. You give your information and are shown to two lounges and umbrella to relax on the beach. The unit had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

Very Comfortable Unit

My wife is a clean freak and she was very happy and comfortable with this condo. The location is perfect. Nice pool area and beautiful beach. The condo building itself is older and there was repairs being made while we were there. It was not a problem for us just know it’s not the most modern complex but felt it was well worth the price.
