WHAT’S NEARBY Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. Escape Zone 60 is what you need if you're looking for some thrilling entertainment! Or if you're in need of some peace and quiet, Henderson Beach State Park is nearby and there you can hike and explore and be surrounded by nature. Looking to hit the links? Check out the fabulous Indian Bayou Golf & Country club. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
