Prime Crystal Beach location at Nantucket Cottages! Sleeps 4. Just across the street from the beach and steps from the pool, this cozy Destin cottage sits on Scenic 98 with easy walk access to restaurants, coffee spots, and beach paths. Only a quick 5-minute drive to shopping, entertainment, and family attractions. Ideal for couples or small families wanting a relaxing Emerald Coast escape without crowded hotels. Park once and enjoy vacation mode!

The total price shown includes the nightly rate, cleaning fee, state taxes, city taxes, and VRBO service fee. The amount displayed to guest is not the total I receive as a host. If you have any questions or would like to confirm the nightly rate, please feel free to send me a message. Over time, certain items may be upgraded and replaced, so the decor, rugs and lighting may differ from what is depicted in the pictures.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (including children/babies). This is a fire code regulation and cannot be exceeded.

Inside you’ll enjoy a queen bed and sofa sleeper, comfortable seating, dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen for quick meals and beach-day snacks. The private bathroom features a modern walk-in shower and vanity.

Step outside to your private patio with table, chairs, and charcoal grill, ideal for morning coffee, evening dinners, or grilling after a beach day. Lush tropical landscaping surrounds the cottage for a peaceful beach escape.

Located in the highly desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood, just minutes from Scenic 98, Destin Commons, Whole Foods, Publix, restaurants, shopping, Silver Sands Outlet, and HarborWalk Village.

This is a two story cottage. This is for the bottom floor of the cottage. Guest can also rent top floor or the entire cottage. No glitter allowed inside. No hanging anything on the walls inside or anything outside.

One parking pass is issued and has to be displayed all times in your vehicle. No boats, RV's, trailers, wave runners allowed. Towing is enforced.

We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own.

If you are looking for a place to party, my home is not for you.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out details located on fridge. No Subleasing. No changing locks/door codes. No moving/rearranging furniture. Set A/C at 75 in the summer. Set heat at 69 in the winter. A/C fan should be on AUTO
All trash has to be taken out when checking out. Fridge has to be emptied from any items you put in it. Anything you brought with you has to be removed.
All dishes have to be washed if used before checking. out. Any excessive cleaning will result in a $30 charge after check out per hour. Can not remove or cover ring doorbells.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Location location location

The place was the perfect location to walk to the beach without being on the beach. The pictures were exactly as the cottage and I would stay there again. It had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting outside when we weren't at the beach. The trip was decided at the last minute for my daughter and I and Tiffany responded quickly with precise instructions for access to the cottage. The only issue we had was the floor was a little dirty/sandy. I found the broom and swept it up and everything was OK.

Ahhhhmazing!!

I can’t say enough positives about this place. From the booking process to the end of our stay, the owner was always quick to respond. Location, Location, Location!!! Steps to the beach! And short distance to grocery, gas, and leisure shopping. Everything you could possibly need is in the room! By far one of the best beach vacations yet and we have been on a lot! Thanks so much for letting us stay!!
