Located just 2 blocks from the beautiful beaches of Destin. Within walking distance of Destin Commons for premier outlet shopping, featuring over 75 shops and restaurants. Very easy to bike or walk anywhere you need to go. Safe beach community with over 6 miles of trails nearby, perfect for biking, jogging or walking at any time of day.

With 3300 Sq Feet of spacious living area, there is plenty of room for large family reunions or multiple families to vacation together.

Downstairs is a fully equipped Kitchen, large dining table and island bar top, with open living room and two King Bedrooms.

Four King Rooms on the second floor with private outside balconies, centered around a large living room for the kids. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa

Great Vacation!

My family loved this home. There was plenty of room for everyone, it was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was awesome for post beach day swims. I highly recommend this property to anyone, but for large family gatherings, it's perfect.

We travel with friends and our 8 kids ages 11 and under for spring break each year and this was our best stay yet! The house gave us so much space to spread out and we loved having a full bath in every room. We rented golf carts for quick beach access and it worked out great!

My family and friends stayed here for my 60th birthday. This house is absolutely gorgeous. It had everything we needed. The space, cooking appliances, within walking distance to many things including beach. We would definitely stay here again. 5/5 stars for sure. !!!!

Family get together with enough room

We planned a family reunion, we were 14 people, and this place was perfect. Everything about it worked for us, the rooms on the first floor were perfect for the grandmas who couldn’t climb stairs, the living area was perfect for adults and kids to be together but each in their own area; the 4 rooms upstairs were great, the balcony was large and very nice for a morning coffee before getting ready for the day, the closet space was very nice and roomie, specially if you have a family that packs multiple choices of clothing per night, and the pool was perfectly warm (it was high 60’s when we went) and of course the beach in Destin is absolutely beautiful. I’ll be going back and I highly recommend this property, it is exactly what you would expect when reading the listing, but better!

Great beach house

We stayed at this property with three families and it had plenty of room for all of us. Each room has its own bathroom and the bunk room was great for the kids. The pool was great and provided great entertainment for the days we weren’t at the beach. The closest beach access is a couple block walk away. With little ones, chairs and other beach stuff, we opted to rent a golf cart and drove to the beach access a little further west because it had parking and bathrooms. It was about a 3-4 min golf cart ride. We had one minor issue during our stay, but the property manager responded promptly and addressed it. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach Home!

We had a wonderful time. The home comes well equipped in the kitchen and each bedroom has extra pillows, fans, and even pack and plays. The pool and grill in the back yard is so convenient to the kitchen. Plenty of seating for dining indoors and out. The beach is about a 5min walk. The condo tries to make you think it's all private beach but it's not. There's about 25ft from the water up the beach that is public all along the beach. We ended up going to the public beach about 5 blocks to the East and enjoyed having lunch on the patio of the seafood restaurant. There is a bathhouse and bathrooms available with free parking. The beach is beautiful!!!!
