This stunning Emerald Towers 1700 square foot end-unit has coastal elegant decor that is both comfortable and accommodating. Enjoy fabulous sunset views of the Gulf of Mexico from the expansive fifth floor balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows. Freshly renovated in May 2013, you'll find luxurious amenities in every room. The spacious kitchen offers new upscale stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, as well as everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals. The living room is well appointed with high-end furnishings, an upscale dining table for six, and a separate wet bar area to mix your favorite cocktails. This unit boasts a 60-inch flat-panel Smart TV, soundbar audio system, and Smart Blu-Ray/DVD/CD player. The master bedroom offers a king pillow-top bed with designer bedding and furnishings, with direct access to the Gulf-front balcony. The Master bath features a deep jetted garden tub and rain shower head. The second bedroom can be used as a second master with a luxurious queen pillow-top bed, cozy designer bedding, and an adjacent bath with walk-in steam shower and rain shower head. The guest bedroom offers two double beds with matching designer bedding, lovely furnishings, and a private bath with rain shower head. Each bedroom offers a 32” flat-panel TV, DVD/CD player, and alarm clock with an iPod dock. This unit features everything you need for a fantastic beach getaway, including a private full-size washer and dryer, and double sleeper sofa.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The view was beautiful! space inside was perfect; however, the carpet was not vacuumed and prior to our visit I emailed the owner asking it to be cleaned based on the reviews. We had a 2 yr. old! No ice/water in the refrig as described, jets didn't work in tub, mattresses were terrible!!, curtains falling off the rods, nice furniture!, dishes were good, on call/onsite mang. was good, maded phots for personal puroses choses not to post!

Wasn't taken care of .dishwasher didn't work. Ice maker didn't work. Curtains was falling off the rods. The thing that got me the most after a long trip and getting settled in went to go to bed and there was blood on the sheets . To make it worst there was no extra sheets for me to change them . So we had to sleep on top of the bedding and froze to death. Didn't get clean sheets until 800pm the next night

Emerald Towers Unit #506

This unit is very dated. Also, the evening of our arrival we found both of the kitchen sinks totally stopped up, as well as the Master bathroom tub. A plumber came about 8:30 pm and successfully unstopped all of them. Also, one suggestion is to remove the carpet and switch to tile...much cleaner. Otherwise, we all enjoyed our stay very much!

Place needs a little TLC

Property grounds were very clean. The master bathroom tub Jett’s have visible mold . Carpets could use a good cleaning . Living room TV had no volume. Other than the items listed we enjoyed our stay.

Great Condo

Wonderful location....BUT

Love the location and the beach was beautiful. It was a nice big condo plenty of room for six adults. However, one bathroom overflowed and didn't work well the whole stay. Also, the icemaker DID NOT make ice. Living room recliners were broken. Other than those issues we DID enjoy our stay. Maybe these issues will be resolved soon.

Alternate vacation site

We were originally headed to Marathon to a house but hurricane Ian left it in need of repair so we scrambled, 24 hours before we were to leave Ohio, to find another place to stay. The condo is HUGE but in dire need of substantial cleaning and repairs. I’d NEVER stay in 506 again unless it has undergone thorough cleaning and repairs. Beautiful location. Beautiful building. Just this unit was not worth what we paid.

Misleading pictures/ Vrbo sells reservations

Location and size was the only plus. We could not access balcony. Carpet soaking for about 3 days from a recent leak. Vrbo was not helpful at all, our reservation was given to Vacasa. Vacasa was aware and couldn't get anyone out until monday afternoon. No blinds in 1 room, which faces directly to condos next door. So you couldn't change in that room, especially having young girls, it wasn't very safe. Den windows towards ocean, obstructed with white film. Living room curtains look exactly like pictures, still falling. No attention has been put into that condo. Vascasa did try to move us, to a 2 bedroom, no beach access, which this is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath. They do not have many options to choose from, especially from 1 day to the next. Their options also included, moving to 1 condo and then another, making it 2-3 moves, when we were there only 4 days. Vrbo did not help to try and correct the problem, they just transfer you back to vacasa. I do not recommend Vrbo. Make sure you're aware, they sell your reservations, which limits your options in situations like this.

Nice Location -- Not a Very Clean Unit

This property is managed by Vacasa. The pictures are very misleading. The unit was a good size in a good location, but it was nasty. The carpet had multiple stains in most rooms. Grout in one of the tiled showers was covered in mold. There was a half-consumed water bottle and old hairband on the floor in the master when we got there. There was a balled up dirty blanket on the shelf in the master closet. There was a dirty towel under one of the beds in a secondary bedroom. There were Fruit Loops on the floor in the dining area covered in ants. The sliding glass door to the balcony was so dirty, it was difficult to see out of it. There was a rocking recliner that was broken. When I sat down on it, it flipped backward landing me on my back. Six inches closer to the sliding glass door, and I would have cracked the glass. The couch was so worn, the cushions kept sliding off of it. An outlet in the master and at least 2 outlets in the living room were not working. No remotes worked on the TV in the master, and only played ABC. The TV in the living room was damaged and had a green vertical line from top to bottom. There was a chair on the balcony so damaged, no one could sit on it without it falling over. We were only there for a few days. We chose to clean what we could and avoid the broken furniture. However, we will never rent another property managed by Vacasa.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The internet service was not good. The sofa cushions kept sliding out. Other than that, it was great. There was plenty of space and we were close to the beach.

Front desk staff is great. Management wasn't pleasant to deal with.

We set up our chairs and baby tent and was asked to move everything 6 inches into the public beach side because we were over the line. I would really encourage the HOA to re-evaluate their chair and beach policy. One day the chairs were set up about 25 yards from the water and the second row was 30 yards which left no room for other paid guest to put their stuff except for the public beach area which is very small. All of the rented chairs were empty because the paid guest didn't want to pay $30.00 a day for a chair and umbrella after paying that much to rent a condo for a week. There was mold in the master bathroom bath tub from not being cleaned in what appeared to be a long time.
