Enjoy a piece of paradise! Unit #904 is a very spacious two bedroom/two bath condo located on the 9th floor, directly on the beach.

Spectacular beachfront views from spacious 30 ft balcony with access from the master bedroom and living room.

Master bedroom - king size bed, Cable/Smart TV. Master bathroom features walk in shower.
Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, Cable/Smart TV.
Living room has queen sleeper sofa, Blackout Drapes, Cable/Smart TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped. Full size washer and dryer in unit.

(March 1 - October 31) - nightly & weekly rental rates include beach setup (2 chairs/1 umbrella) - $50.00 Daily Value (Monthly rates do not include beach setup)

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Shakes, Mellow Mushroom Pizza, and Subway. Blalock Seafood Market is just a block to the west. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

Damage Protection is mandatory.
Options:
(1) Purchase CSA Damage Protection (not refundable one-time purchase)
or
(2) $800 refundable damage deposit will be due prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after departure (if no damage occurs).

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their
designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Condo was beautifully decorated and super clean. Very well equipped with supplies for cooking, plenty of towels, great water pressure, comfy beds. Gorgeous view. Short boardwalk to the beach. Location for restaurants and activities was very convenient. Loved our stay!

Comfortable beds, great amenities!

It’s always a good thing to hear your kids say they slept so good. We heard this every night we stayed here - even the pullout bed was super comfortable. The showers have good pressure and there were plenty of towels. Thank you!

Very clean and neat, comfortable bedding with flat screen TV's in every room. Loved all the little details, like a Softsoap dispenser at every bathroom sink, garbage cans in every room, dishwasher pods and dish soap, good quality TP and paper towels. The glassware and cookware was in wonderful shape and there was plenty of everything. A good quality clean Keurig machine and a regular coffee maker. Even some beach towels, chairs, and umbrella in the laundry closet. Only thing I could even remotely complain about was that it seemed to take forever at times to get hot water from the bathroom or kitchen sinks, tub and showers were fine. Would definitely recommend and stay here again for sure.

Relax with a little twist

First walking into the unit, there was an old smell (best way I can describe it). Although, the place was very clean, updated, very spacious, and with an amazing view, i had to go buy airfresher to get rid of the odor. Other than that, the condo met my expectations and i definitely will return.

Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

When we found this property we were hesitant at first because there were no reviews. But we decided to take a chance and we are so glad we did and we loved it!! This condo gave us everything we needed for our 5 day 4 night Memorial Day weekend getaway!! We loved the easy access to the beach with the complimentary beach chairs. The condo was very clean and even had fans that came in handy because I tend to get hot during the night. Lol I mean plenty of towels, Wi-Fi was on point, tv’s were nice and the cable was great! Also the condo was so spacious! Only thing that got us was the hot water. We all couldn’t take long hot showers but we figured it out so everyone was able to get that shower. That hot water should be looked into. We will definitely be back! This might be our new spot for Destin vacations! We didn’t have any interaction with the property management but it was not needed…Thank God! Just a smooth stay…just like you would want it to be while on vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our 4 yo granddaughter to the beach for the first time and stayed at Breakers East. Our overall experience was great! A few things, there are only 2 elevators for the building, one was out of service a couple of times and they run somewhat slow. Being on the ninth floor, there was a wait. This was a minor inconvenience, it's a big building so you might think about this if you have impatient ones with you and stay on a lower floor. We flew and had to purchase several things at the store, not that the condo didn't have everything but for instance we had to purchase trash bags because there were only three and we had a family of four there for five days and it wasn't enough. Also, bring your zip lock bags, cleaners, hand sanitizer etc. The kitchen had literally every utensil, dish, etc. we needed. The hot water heater is small. We weren't all able to shower at the same time, even quickly without running out of hot water so stagger them. PLENTY of towels! The check-in process could not have been easier. The parking lot and beach have locked gates-love the extra security. The carts that are available to take your items up are a GREAT addition! Close to restaurants/activities, great view of the ocean, the balcony is amazing. The water is very close, still a little walk with all the things we took down for the day, I suggest a rolling bag or wagon.The unit was overall very clean except for the two queen beds, there were some stains on the sheets on both of the beds and the fabric railings on the bed frames are extremely dirty from people putting their feet there and need cleaning. My daughter and grand slept in the cleanest bed together. The pool is awesome and very well maintained! We loved coming in from the beach, rinsing off and getting in the pool. The 2 chairs and umbrella they provide are a GREAT perk and there were two small coolers for drinks and snacks in the laundry room for our use! We had a good experience, and I am PICKY so take that into account!

I must say, I was a little hesitant because 904 didn't have any reviews, but we are glad we booked it. Everything looked new in the condo and was very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. The location of Breakers East is perfect and we would walk to come restaurants. The only negative that we found was the hot water tank must be very small. Our family of 5 had to split up taking showers throughout the day so we could all have hot water. We will definitely be back and would recommend to friends.
