The customer service was horrible. No communication. Said they would come fix the tv and bring another parking pass. They never showed up. The place did not feel clean. One of the bedroom blankets had stains all over it. It should have been replaced.

Location is perfect but the property was dirty, seems like someone was just there , smelled nasty, trash piled at the door upon arrival, parking is not free. A ticket was placed on my car. Communication is terrible due to the different hosts I was trying to reach out too. After seeing the condition we decided to make the best of it because of the weekend I could not get a temporary credit to book another home for my family. Not an ideal home for family. I disputed the charges as soon as I could.

Hello, There was no communication between the host and myself before or during the stay. When we arrived at the rental, there was no electricity at check-in, and the property remained without power for two full days. Because the unit was not in a livable condition, I had to secure a backup hotel at my own expense. There was also no information or guidance on how to communicate needs or get assistance during the stay. Given that the rental was unusable for a significant portion of the reservation and I incurred additional costs, I am requesting a full refund for the nights without electricity and reimbursement for the hotel expenses.
