*This studio is located near one of five pools on the property and is a short walking distance from the white sandy beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Check it out! Complimentary access to Sandpiper Cove’s five sparkling swimming pools and three hot tubs located conveniently throughout the property along with charcoal grills, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts and a pitch and putt 9-hole golf course. Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, Rick’s Sand Trap Bar & Grill (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

Perfect Condo!

I like that it was an upstairs unit and I had no need for a car, as it's a couple of minute walk to the private beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this unit. It was updated in appearance and had what we needed for our short stay. The overall property could use some updates on outside appearance, but that didn't bother us as we are there for the beach. The pools were nice and clean and our unit was nice and clean. The only recommendation I would have for the unit would be to upgrade the mattresses. The murphy bed and the pull out couch bed were not very comfortable. Other than that, I would stay in this unit again. We also always felt very safe as security was always at the front gate when we went in and out. They were also throughout the property during day and night. The property is also in a great location to easy access to several restaurants. My family would stay here again and would recommended it to friends and family.

The unit was well kept and modern with everything you need. The location to the beach and pool you simply couldn’t ask for anything better. Frances was accommodating and made the whole process smooth from the booking to the checking/out. Will definitely be back!!

Good location BUT

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was good up until bed time. The bed on the sofa when we pulled it out to sleep, the bed smelled of urine. We took off the cover thinking it was that but it was also on the mattress the smell. We were a fam of 4 so 1 slept on the sofa the other 3 all in the other bed. I let the staff know they came and just put a new cover on but the mattress still smelled so much. Another night when we came in from the beach there were huge roaches in the sink. It was gross. On the day we left we were looking for something that fell under the sofa and there was 4 roaches dead. The place wasn’t bad but these two things really killed it for us. We have stayed at sandpiper before and this was not the best place to stay. It was convenient to the beach that was the only best part.
