It was well maintained, clean and right on the beach. Communication from the rental company was good. Check in and check out were very easy. The location was quiet and off the main drag. Close to many restaurants and other activities.

People upstairs were stomping everyday all day then people on the top floors were peeing off the balcony and throwing beer and cigarettes off the balcony
