Older resort right on the beach in a popular area of Destin. Good value for a kitchenette. Friendly staff. Best part for me was that they heat the pools in the offseason- very comfortable! Most other places don’t have heated pools so they are very cold until later in the year.

There is everything you need just purchase your food and snacks. But very large tree roaches in the condo. You just tell desk and they will send pest control. Very clean beach.

We were pleasantly surprised with our choice! There weren’t allot of reviews so really didn’t know what to expect. Very clean and well kept grounds for the price. Older resort but would definitely come back. Very clean inside. Comfortable beds. Loved the ground floor room. Walk right to beach. Can’t really see the water but can hear the waves. Perfect white soft sand. Have activities daily, which was nice if you wanted to join.

This place is wonderful! My family enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the games. Check in was easy and smooth and our room was clean and felt like home. The other guests were a friendly crowd, not rowdy at all. We will definitely be back next trip to Destin!

Amid hi-rise hotels, this quaint, little resort is the perfect spot for a quiet stay with incredible views and beach accessibility! It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this little gem over the larger hotels surrounding it!

Fantastic spring break stay!

It was an amazing stay! The 3 bedroom 2 bath beach condo was spacious and well cared. My family had a very comfortable stay for the 3 nights there. The social activities were fun. Beach access was very convenient. The boat rental we used was only 5 mins away from the resort. We will come back again!

Destin Beach Resort was in a great location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping stores, and short driving distance to more best restaurants, target, Tesla super charging station, TJMax. Resort was clean, walk right up to the beautiful pristine beach, plenty of space for one bedroom, more than enough of space to put your cloths away. I would recommend this resort to family and friends. Would come back for all girls trip in 3 bedrooms.

This was a nice cozy place to stay right on the beach. It was a little dated, but they are in the process of renovating phases as of April 2025. We definitely plan to stay there again sometime.
