Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very Convenient

Everything was comfortable for the most part. The unit was beautiful but could have been more family friendly with less glass decor and furniture. Washer/dryer are in one of the bathrooms connected to a bedroom so that was a little awkward. Our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 children) were a little crowded on the balcony. Keep your condo car tag visible as they apparently check daily and will write a "warning" if it is not visible. Not sure how many warnings are allowed before towing. Convenient to restaurants, etc. Beach was not too crowded, even on holiday week. Elevators were malfunctioning quite a bit with one out of three working at times; we were able to walk stairs to our 7th floor unit but the stairwell was very dark and dank. Pool and beach access were very nice.

We booked for the balcony for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It was perfect Unit was very clean and comfortable. Beds were good. Kitchen seemed well equipped all though we did not cook. Would definitely book again.

Spectacular View, Perfect Spot

Loved this place and the spectacular view of the turquoise blue water and Destin beach. It was like being on a tropical beach while never leaving the U.S. The place was beautiful and fully functional. We had a wonderful time and plan to be back soon.

Jade towers was excellent! Super clean grounds-easy access to the beach. Condo needs a few cosmetic fixes-kitchen trash can drawer needs replaced. Bottom drawer in frig is broken-beyond that our stay was excellent!

We would rent this condo again!

The size and layout of this condo was perfect and the views were great! We loved that the guest room beds were queens and not twins and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. I'm not sure 10 people would do well here. Access to the beach was great. If you're cooking you definitely need more supplies and we didn't find any potholders. Otherwise it was a great trip!

Great location and clean

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beachfront condo! The location couldn't be better, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The condo was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze. Traveling with our children and grandchildren, we found the condo to have everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of skillets, although a few more pots would have been helpful for cooking larger meals. One of the highlights was the excellent security. The locked gates both at the entrance and at the beach gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The only downside was the slow internet. It's unclear whether this was an issue with the condo or the property itself. Additionally, AT&T service was spotty inside the condo and even worse on the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning for another stay!

Great ViewPerfect lo

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. View beautiful, easy and close beach access . Pool nice and warm. Condo clean and astatically pretty. We had a few issues during our month's stay. Some were attended to quickly, others took a few days. Communication to renters when they arrived could be improved: example ice and water lines in refrig not working, instructions on how to use two remotes would be useful. Dishwasher noisy and instructions needed. Ice maker in bar also very noisy. Between ice maker and dishwasher something was singing all the time. Bed in bedroom #2 has a broken bed...needs to be replaced. Management was helpful and for the most part answered issues as best she could. Overall would rate our stay a 7 due to the numerous issues. On the positive parking is ample and easy...allowing more than 2 parking passes is needed for multiple families staying together.
