The house was as appears in photos. Clean, very comfortable beds, lots of indoor and outdoor space. The view from the deck, and proximity to the water was awesome! We had a great week, despite the 5 inches of snow!
What a gorgeous, comfortable, luxurious home! Perfectly located in close walking distance to the beach with amazing views! We were so close to groceries, activities, and restaurants .The kitchen was a delight to cook our meals in. The grill was superb. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I definitely recommend this house.
My family and I had a wonder stay at the Twin Palms. It was very clean. I would definitely like to stay there again. The walk to the beach is a bit far in the soft sand but nothing terrible. Overall a great experience.
This is my second time staying at this property. We love the house and the staff! The staff has always been really helpful and quick to respond.
There is a little walk to the Jetties which is great for snorkeling and no waves for the kids. If you want waves and lots of shells just a 3min walk away. The best of both worlds.
Our stay was absolutely amazing!!! The house was wonderful with plenty of room for 7 people!!! The beach is at your back door!!! However, we were told we weren’t allowed to sit on the private beach and had to either go over to right a little or past the last umbrella on the left. That only happened the 1 time, otherwise we were fine. The location was perfect for restaurants and things to do!!! We would definitely stay here again!!! The neighbor on the right was awesome! She and her little dog daisy live there year round. She was very nice and accommodating to our noise lol!
The unit was very clean and well stocked. Views were amazing! Overall we were very happy with the unit. The only negatives were there was only parking for 1 vehicle and when we went down to the beach the Emerald Grand had their set up along the entire beach and we were rudely told we could not sit in or around their area and they directed us to the very end next to the rocks which was much further than we wanted to walk. This definitely needs to be noted in the unit summary!!!
The stay was great for our size group. It has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Location is good. However the closest beach is in the inter coastal and is .35 miles to the actual ocean side. It's a bit of a walk in the sand. But worth it once there! Overall a great value for the price! Parking is the biggest issue. Can't really have more than 1 car. But we managed.
We had a great stay. The home had everything we needed and is in a great location. The bedding was so comfy! My only complaint is only having one parking space for a rental that can accommodate up to 10 and there were no suggestions of where to park a second vehicle when I asked. I would definitely stay here again though.
Loved that it was in a quiet location and the beach wasn’t that crowded. Also the fact that we could take our dog with us. Only dislike was the walking distance to get to the beach and to get past the private area where the Emerald Grande chairs and umbrellas were setup. Other than that it was a great vacation.
Working with the host was wonderful with tons of information and recommendations. Check-In was seamless, but the pictures and narrative did match expectations of actual property.
We stayed here for our wedding and had a great time. The rooms are spacious and had plenty of room for hair and makeup. The hosts were VERY hard to get in touch with and in fact never responded when the tvs did not work or in regards to parking. We had to call a customer service number to get assistance and other property managers nearby. The important items like bedding and towels were clean, but the counters, floor, and bathroom showers were not.
We loved our stay and would return. Would give the unit five stars however there were several pieces of living room furniture in poor condition and the overall cleanliness upon checkin was much less than desired. However, we enjoyed our time there and would return if visiting Destin again

The property is beautiful, but the listing doesn’t clearly state that there’s a two-dog limit and only one garage parking spot. There’s no additional parking at the property or in the neighborhood. Also the bulk of the beach is private property owned by Emerald Grande. Their workers will make you move past all of their chairs - which is at the opposite end of the beach area. Overall I would recommend this property as it is beautiful and peaceful.
This property was absolutely beautiful. The location was great and in a very quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us, my elderly father was able to stay on the first floor with easy access to outside. The main level was great for entertaining and the grill was amazing! We enjoyed watching all the beach activity from the balconies but was also a short walk to the beach. The sand is like powder and the water was clear and blue! We loved everything and will be back!
This is a beautiful location with beautiful views from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The decks were good size to enjoy the views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, however, I was highly disappointed when I went to walk out onto the beach and there was a fence with a no trespassing sign less than 1 foot off the back deck. Not the access I was looking for as listed by the add for the downstairs suite “access right onto the sugar sands of Emerald Coast”. This was the first time I booked a place right on the beach, so this was upsetting. It was not clear whether access was still permitted where the fence ended, or whether it was all limited. ID may be required for checking in means you may need to scan your ID to an agency online. If you have more than one person with a vehicle, parking will be a problem as it is limited to one vehicle and it must fit in the garage. There is no other nearby parking.
