Holiday Surf and Racquet Club condo 206 on the 2nd floor ! Clean and updated.

What a cutie! Our super sweet 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Beach Front Condo makes a great place to spend your vacation in Destin on the Gulf of Mexico. Our condo accommodates 4-5 people. The bedroom is spacious and the furniture has been replaced recently. The living room is very inviting with great views of the gulf, shuffleboard, tennis courts, and features a pull out sofa. There are flat screen TVs with DVD players in both the living and bedroom along with some popular games. If needed, there is a twin size roll-away bed stowed in the bedroom closet. The kitchen is stocked with updated dishware, pots, pans, utensils, and stainless steel appliances.

The bathroom features a tiled shower, great lighting, and a new shower head that you can remove for washing sand off. You will love the roomy closet in the bedroom for hanging your dress clothes and storing your luggage. We have many hotel-like amenities such a iron/iron board, hairdryer, coffee pot, etc. You can even do laundry if you wish, located on the 4th and 6th floors, this is a pay per use service and it will take a credit card or coins. The seasonally heated pool is very nice with several lounge chairs for sunning or reading a good book around it. It is also a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings after dinner. If you like a sauna, then you are in luck. There is a men's and women's available for use. There are many barbecue grills located in two locations on the sides of Holiday Surf. You will love the sugar-white sand beaches and emerald waters. This is some of the clearest water I have ever been in! I love sitting on the balcony for breakfast and taking in the gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico. There are hooks to hang towels and swimsuits for drying on the balcony as well. You can go down the hall to one flight of stairs and take the sidewalk around to the beach or take the elevator down to the lobby and walk out passed the pool to the beach. You may get ice at the front desk in the lobby for a fee. There is also beach service for chairs and umbrellas available for a fee. Check with the beach service company located on the beach during the peak season for information. We have two basic beach chairs and an umbrella available for use in the closet off the kitchen. Cable and internet service is provided. The condo will be professionally cleaned and furnished with linens for you prior to your arrival. We are located close to popular shopping and dining places. Holiday Isle area is less crowded and very beautifully maintained. I can't wait to host you and yours this vacation and for many more to come! Lovely vacation spot!

Would highly recommend booking here! The check-in was easy, the condo was very clean and a comfortable temperature. This spot is right next to the beach so if you’re looking for somewhere close by, this is it! All you have to do is take the walkway and you’re there. As far as the condo goes, it’s very clean, well decorated, and some labels are around to help navigate where things are located. The Host also had a binder on the coffee table of recommendations for dining, activities, and more which were nice to read through! We were able to easily cook meals and use the fridge for our needs during our stay. However, the location is nearby plenty of restaurant options (The Donut Hole, Domo Izakaya, Merlin’s Pizza were some of our favs - all within 10-15 min drive depending on traffic) if you’re looking to go out. The evening atmosphere was very quiet and other patrons seemed respectful of the rules - no issues at all with noisy activities or neighbors at nighttime, which was great. The beach of course was beautiful and did not feel overcrowded whatsoever and the umbrella service at the beach was great to use as well. At the end of the day this condo was a great cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of activities and lazing at the beach, would definitely recommend booking here!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect — close to the beach, dining, and everything we wanted to do in Destin. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made it feel so welcoming from the moment we walked in.We were especially impressed with how well-stocked it was with extra amenities and supplies — everything from kitchen essentials to beach gear was thought of, which made our trip so much easier. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making sure guests are comfortable.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and thoughtfully prepared place in Destin!

We loved our stay here! Such a pretty view. We had everything we needed in the condo. Pool was nice. It was closed for cleaning a few times but always open by mid morning. They had a lot of beach gear in the closet to use but honestly the beach service was decent priced and so convenient. The service in that area is terrible so just make sure to connect to both the condo wifi and the racquet club wifi so your phone can switch between the two. The handheld shower was a blessing with 2 little ones. We literally just put them both in the tub from the beach and hosed them down in the tub. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. Laundry was on 4th and 6th floor and was easy to figure out. It wasn’t too bad not having laundry in the unit.

Great place to stay in the Destin area. Very quiet complex. Got to see fish, jellyfish, pelicans, gulls, and a dolphin even swam by the beach. Close to all the area restaurants. Would highly recommend.

20th anniversary

My wife and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary. It was amazing. Loved the location, property and beach access! The only change I would say is to upgrade tv to a smart tv or add a Roku etc so people can stream Netflix etc at night instead of only cable channels. Otherwise it was perfect!
