There is a lockout door installed to allow for sharing quality time together while enjoying privacy during your beach vacation. Perfect layout to gather with those you love while enjoying privacy. 
When you rent this charming gulf-front condo as the lockout option, you will have 2,519 sq. ft. of comfortable living space including 2 separate and furnished living rooms, 2 fully-equipped kitchens (that’s twice the appliances!!), and even 2 washers/dryers for your convenience. Plus, each living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
On the #103A side, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and an en suite bathroom featuring a tub, separate walk-in shower, and a dual sink vanity. The 2nd bedroom has two double beds, and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo. 
On the #103B side, there is a king bed in the master bedroom and an en suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub with shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, where you will also find well-appointed furnishings and a flat screen TV. The other full bathroom includes a combo tub/shower.
High speed internet access is provided. Unit 103 has limited gulf views with 2 patios that open directly onto the sundeck. This lockout unit comes with 2 seasonal beach service setups, which includes 2 umbrella and 4 chairs.

Seven stories tall, this luxury condominium offers top amenities including a Gulf-front pool and hot tub, fitness center, grill area, covered parking (This unit comes with 2 parking passes), 24-hour front desk, and the popular onsite restaurant, Soleil. All units are non-smoking with no pets allowed.
