GREAT location but not so clean

The Nantucket Cottages property was very nice and cute! Very short walk to the beach with access right across the street. This particular cottage was right up against the the road to Crystal Beach and Scenic 98 so you got to see everything going on which was great! It gave it a better feel vs. being tucked away in the back. The ONLY downfall was how clean the cottage was. Whoever cleaned the cottage prior to our stay was terrible which was very disappointing. The fridge was small and I’m only 5’2 and I was taller than the fridge so I could see everything and it was disgusting, filled with dirt, dust and bugs. The floor didn’t looked mopped. The trash can was up against the sofa and they didn’t bother to move it and clean behind there so there was nasty gunk on the sofa, the stove as really dirty. There was old pieces of bars of soap left in the shower. Just kinda like a “lazy” clean up of the place. Other than that I enjoyed it and the location was AWESOME!
