All three spacious bedrooms are located on the main level and are ready for use with fresh linens.

The master bedroom features a cozy king bed, a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, a dresser, and a flatscreen TV.

Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a comfy queen bed, a bedside table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Bedroom 3 is perfect for any kids or singles in your group and features two sets of twin bunk beds. There is a collection of board games as well, so feel free to host a family game night during your vacation!

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

The property boasts two full bathrooms, one that is an ensuite to the master bedroom and another that is accessible to the rest of your party. Each group will receive fresh towels (including pool towels) and a starter pack of basic toiletries. You may need to replenish during your stay, depending on your use.

The master ensuite bathroom features dual sinks, a separate bathtub, and a stand-in shower, while the shared bathroom is outfitted with a shower/tub combo.

☆☆ KITCHEN ☆☆

The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you'll need to prepare tasty meals. The modern appliances include an electric stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and a drip coffee maker.

In addition, we supply 3-4 single-use coffee packs, creamer, and sugar to get you started! You will also find salt, pepper, olive oil, a variety of spices, dinnerware, silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans.

Enjoy your meals at the dining room table (seating for 8).

Socialize with your loved ones in the living room located right across from the kitchen. There's a comfortable Queen Sofa bed to accommodate two guests, a love seat and a recliner chair. Stretch your legs as you stream your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, warm up by the fireplace, or play a board game from our collection.

The private, fenced-in backyard is perfect for your pets and the humans in your group to hang out! There is plenty of seating on the deck, and you can BBQ some great meals on the gas grill.

The garage with a pool table provides another fun hangout option. Beach day essentials are stored here as well. You'll find beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, a beach blanket, and even a beach wagon to transport it all in.

Pet policy: Maximum of 3 pets are allowed at the property unless approved by owner.
Please note the following rules for pets-
1. Pet fees is an additional $75 per pet per stay.
2. Please pick up after your pet.
3. Pet should be leashed at all times when walking in the neighborhood
4. We ask that your pet does not climb the beds or furniture.
5. Please do not leave your pet alone unattended.

Golf Cart instructions:
Before captaining the cart, please read up on Florida State Low Speed Vehicle Laws related to street-legal golf carts.
Treat the cart like any other motor vehicle. All rules of the road apply.
GOLF CART TO BE PARKED INSIDE THE GARAGE WHEN YOU ARE AT THE PROPERTY. IT SHOULD NOT BE PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY OR THE STREET AT ANY TIME. HOA IS VERY STRICT ABOUT THIS!
Do not drive on sidewalks, beaches, grass or walking trails.
Only park in designated public parking spaces.
Drivers must be 22+ years old and have a valid (non-expired) drivers license and active auto insurance policy.
Each Passenger must be secured in their own seatbelt. Children ages 3 and younger are required by Florida law to ride securely in car seats.
Refrain from drinking or texting while driving.
Safety Warning: It's illegal to drive on Emerald Coast Parkway (also called US/Business Hwy 98).
This cart is permitted on residential roads ONLY.
You can legally cross over Emerald Coast Parkway at any stop light intersection when heading north or south.
To travel east and west through town, take the road that runs along the beach (Scenic Hwy 98 or County Hwy 30a).
Refundable security deposit of $500 will be needed for the golf cart. You will get an email with a secure link to enter details of your credit card you want to put on file. This will be returned in 7 days after check out to the same credit card once the condition of golf cart is properly inspected.
A golf cart RENTAL AGREEMENT will be sent to you right after your booking is received. It will require uploading your DRIVERS LICENSE and your AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE CARD per Florida state low-speed vehicle requirements.
