We invite you to enjoy this completely REMODELED condo with its BEACHFRONT SETTING and INCREDIBLE SUNSET VIEWS!

Designed in an artistic COASTAL theme, it includes HIGH-END finishes and attention to every detail! This lovely condo accommodates up to 4. The master bedroom boasts a LUXURY KING-SIZED BED with a wonderful new dream-inducing mattress, along with a QUEEN SLEEPER sofa in the living area.

With tiled floors throughout this BEAUTIFUL condo, it features LARGE ROKU flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The FULLY-EQUIPPED kitchen includes new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space to prepare those favorite drinks and vacation meals.

All this while you RELAX on your balcony marveling at the ocean views, TAKING IN INCREDIBLE SUNSET, listening to the waves and spot the DOLPHINS SWIM by!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is a gated facility which has direct access to a Beautiful White Sand, Private Beach, a Seasonally-Heated Outdoor Pool, two Tennis Courts and Shuffleboard courts with FREE equipment rental, Sauna, Fitness Center, Laundry Facilities, Barbecue Grill area and a Business Center.

To top it off, we offer COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE (Mar 1 - Oct 31) which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella each day of your stay. In addition, you can take advantage of the FREE Linen Exchange and WIFI.

Unit 519 has one of the best views on the property, so book early. It fills up fast.

During your stay, take a stroll on the beach down to the jetty to see the boats enter and leave Destin Harbor. Our level terrain makes it a great place to bring your bike to ride or walk among the majestic palm trees of Gulf Shore Drive to Norriego Point. While there, hop on a Water Taxi which can take you just across the harbor to HarborWalk Village. HarborWalk Village plays host to a number of waterfront restaurants, night-life, and specialty shops, many of which overlook East Pass. Seasonal festivals abound with live open-air concerts and fireworks that are shot off over East Pass during the summer months as well as special holidays. Destin Harbor is also famous for having the Largest Private Charter Fishing Fleet in all of North America!

With just a short drive to upscale shopping and premium outlet stores, numerous on and off water activities, plus fun events for all the family, you’ll enjoy many life-long memories on this little piece of heaven. The location of the holiday Surf & Racquet Club is absolutely stunning the view from our room was unbeatable! Are unit was beautiful and comfortable again having a absolutely gorgeous view of the Gulf. Would have enjoyed having more restaurants and shops/entertainment within walking distance. We look forward to returning soon!

All in all we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

Nice property. Living room furniture looks nothing like the picture and needs replaced, it’s worn and uncomfortable to sit on . Was disappointed that it wasn’t an ocean front as stated, you couldn’t see the sun rise or sun sets as the unit is too far back from the ocean front

We always enjoyed our walks on the beach but due to the waves the beach was washed out in a number of spot. Otherwise the condo was OK at best. The furniture needed to be replaced, the couch was sagging and uncomfortable and the bed was very soft and uncomfortable. otherwise the condo was OK

The AC had to be fixed during our stay but the resort communicated with everyone the entire time and there was no issues. We will be back to Destin and when we come back, we will be staying here. I do recommend booking directly through the resort and not a third party site such as VBRO. You will save money if you do!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. The location was great for where we wanted to be. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. The condo has a beach access and we didn’t have to cross a street. My family enjoyed staying here.
