As a family-operated rental, we personally manage the property, ensuring you receive attentive, personalized service throughout your stay.
Guests proceed directly to the unit using their assigned door code and may check in any time after 4 PM on the day of arrival, with no set deadline.

Convenience of property

A beautiful view of the ocean. Very convenient to local restaurants and shopping. Condo very clean and appropriate for four people and could sleep two more if using couch. Kitchen is well supplied with all items necessary if you plan to cook. Enjoyed time there except for the cold weather., not a time for the beach.

Great Location

We had a wonderful trip to Destin. The condo was just as described. Unit was not “Facing Ocean” but the ocean view from side was gorgeous. Unit was clean and furnishings comfortable. Lamps a little wobbly. Don’t forget to check the spare bedroom closet for beach goodies! Great location for dining out and shopping.

Great stay - exactly as advertised

We had a great stay while on our spring break week. Even though it was spring break week, the tower was not overcrowded. The owners were great to work with. They provide plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. They placed a credit card hold for a deposit (as outlined during the booking process) and it was promptly released. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beds were comfortable (including the sofa bed). A generous supply of startup items were provided - paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, bath soaps, etc. There was a great supply of beach chairs and boogie boards on the patio, which was a nice plus. Overall a great experience and I would rent it again.

Nice Getaway

We had no complaints with this property. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. I didn’t realize that the unit was not gulf front. It has a nice view to the right but just not what I expected. Would definitely recommend.

Great Vacation

Our condo was great. Beautiful decor and plenty of space for 4. The 16th floor had amazing views, both ocean and city views. The location is perfect for dining and shopping and directly across from the water park which the kids enjoyed. The only Con to our trip was the rip currents. All 5 days we were there, it was double red flags and no one was allowed to get in the ocean. Not even knee deep! We spent our time at the pools instead which were great but could become crowded as the day went on. The tiki bar was a great amenity at the resort!

Our family stayed 5 days at this beautiful condo. Truly steps away from the beach and so easy to get to the pools and tiki bar. The condo was beautifully decorated and the washer / dryer in unit was so helpful! If traveling with littles, make sure to bring paper plates or plastic dishes since the ones provided are all breakable. The Netflix included was a great touch and the extra bedroom did not have patio access which was hugely important to us with a 3 and 6 y.o.

Beautiful room with a view

The room was beautifully decorated with a beachy theme and also very clean. Nice view of the ocean from the balcony! Conveniently located near the water park which my girls loved. Definitely recommend, we all had a great time and made lots of memories!

Nice condo/ building

Nice place to stay- clean, nicely furnished, nice building/amenities. Balcony is a good size but not a full ocean view; part parking lot/buildings and part ocean. Tiki bar was a plus. Definitely book chairs/ umbrellas in advance, even in off season.
