Poolside Villas 101 is a ground floor 2 BR with easy access to pool and jetties

This complex is currently undergoing a large renovation project. This project will occur from now until the end of 2024 if there are no delays. Construction includes loud noises, scaffolding, blocked views, blocked parking spaces, and workers onsite.

This unit has a great location directly by the complex pool. Sit on your patio and watch the kids enjoy the pool. Unit also has a limited view of the beach and pass. Condo is fully furnished with everything you need to make your vacation a comfortable one. Complex is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. Has a BluRay player.

*No boat trailer parking or RV parking. Two vehicle maximum.*

Destin Getaway

This was our second time staying at this location and our first time in this condo. The location is absolutely fantastic. We love the pool and how quite it is. Everyone staying here is very friendly. The condo was listed as having a king size bed which was false. It was a very uncomfortable queen bed. We ended up purchasing a mattress pillow toper at a local store. Other than that, we had a wonderful time.

Great Location

The trip was outstanding, but you might want to give detailed instructions on the front door lock, specifically how to lock the door once inside. We ended up pushing the lock button outside while the door was open then closing the door. It may lock automatically, but that wasn't the case with us.
