Freshly renovated with beach-going guests in mind, this fourth-floor, gulf-front condo provides a delightfully polished home base for your next escape to the white sand shores of Destin. Step inside to find a number of updated features, including all new furnishings, new tile floors, and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a beautiful backsplash that brings to mind the ocean waves. On the grounds of this beachfront complex, you'll also have access to an outdoor swimming pool, sun-splashed tennis courts, a fitness room, and a boardwalk that leads to the beach.

Spring Break Stay
Everything was nice and pretty clean, however the bed in the master room was horrible. There was a huge dent in the middle of the bed so I would invest in new mattresses for that room if I were you. Everyone was nice and pleasant. And beach access was great

Location good to beach and pool Lots of things not working examples: Overhead fan in master not working tv’s worn out and remotes batteries low. Outside entry door light not working key pad iffy should be replaced. Contacted Vacasa about issues got no response. Property front desk very friendly and customers very friendly. Route 98 very busy and crowded as were the restaurants. Seafood was not good for being on the ocean. Shrimp were tough and tasteless. Dont think I would stay in this area again.

Condo had clearly not been properly cleaned for awhile. Layers of dust on lamps and tables. Clothes, medicine bottles, lighters, dirty towels found in drawers throughout condo. Coffee and used grounds left in coffee pot. Two pillows did not have pillow cases on them. Patio furniture in terrible shape with tears in cushions and seats rotted out. Multiple roaches found in kitchen and throughout. Faulty fire alarm that chirpped for 2 days until finally replaced. Not a positive experience.

The location and the actual beach were very nice but the unit itself could use a thorough cleaning and some general maintenance. The vents were not secured to the wall, the patio furniture was coming apart, the lights were difficult to operate and there was burnt out light bulbs with no replacements. As a whole I was not impressed with this property. The ac didn’t work out last night there because the electricity had gone out the day before and when we reached out to the front desk nothing was done. Also the unit can use some updated TV’s. I don’t believe there was a smart tv in any room. I even called to complain to the management and they have not even taken the time to reply.

Overall the property was nice but the condition of the property was not in the best shape. The vent in the bathroom was hanging off the wall, the furniture with the twin beds was tearing apart, and the outdoor furniture was falling apart. Another problem was that none of the light switches worked in the bedrooms. We had to turn on the lights and fans by the pull strings. The door going to the balcony from the master bedroom wouldn’t lock.

Nice property and location. Patio furniture was rusted and the wicker rotted. Luckily there were two newer chairs, but the bistro set needed to be hauled to the dumpster. The kitchen needed some newer cookware and more cooking utensils. A cookie sheet would be nice. Overall ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful
My family and I had a wonderful time! The condo itself was great. It is in a great location, overlooking the pool, tennis courts, and gulf! The only thing I’d ask for is perhaps some updated patio furniture, it’s seen better days.
