Gorgeous landscaping amid twisting, spanish moss dripping live osks, the Effie was outstandibgly welcoming. The staff was remarkably friendly and aimed to please in every situation from arrival each time we left the sight to our final departure, we felt like family. The Baytown Wharf had much to offer from live music to a plethora of restaurant chouces and shopping just a short walk from Effie Hotel. Everything was wonderful. This is the 4th time my family has stayed at the resort and we'll definitely be back. It's our home away from home when we're in the panhandle area. There's no better place. 💜

Our entire family of 8 people stayed for three nights at Emerald Grande in early June and we could not have enjoyed a vacation more. This is a world class facility and we were treated like royalty by the hotel staff. We had excellent accommodations with a wonderful view of the Destin Pass and Harbor. Terrible hidden charges, plus was billed twice for security deposit. Had to call accounts rec. Ended up costing a lot more than expected.

The food was excellent. The room was spotless and the bed slept well.

The pillows on the bed were my only complaint not fir. Enough they were flat

Loved the area, loved hub, house was really nice but all the furniture was dirty, kitchen and dishes dirty and flors. I had to clean and was everything! Sheets were dirty like I had to wash them twice. Someone peed on a mattress and so there were big stains. I spend a day cleaning and washing so we can enjoy as much as we. An! Would love to go back but cleaning needs to be much much improved!!!!!

Always a good stay, the young lady at the desk always remembers me because of my Shiva Tatoo lol. Best place to stay in that area. Great owners, comfy beds, clean and superb pricing! Other hotels in the area should follow the examples set by the Seabreeze in crew!

This was a great place in a great location behind Tupelo Street only a short walk to core of Seaside. The management company for the property was excellent with communication and meeting expectations. We will definitely use them again and likely this specific property.

Great house in a quiet cul-de-sac. Well equipped with everything the four of us needed for the week. Super close to the shuttle pick up for Grayton Beach access, restaurants and shops. Used it to go to Red Bar and Chiringo. The living space was great for games and tv watching on our one rainy day.
