CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: AMENITY CLOSINGS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 27, 2025

SunDestin Beach Resort is currently undergoing exterior construction around the property. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and on-site restaurant are projected to be closed until the beginning of January 2026.

Please be aware that construction activity may result in noise between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily. Our goal is to keep you informed ahead of time so you can make the most of your stay with us.

Parking in the main lot may be limited. Please note that the drive-through area at the main lobby entrance, typically used for loading and unloading luggage, may be temporarily closed. Each one-and two-bedroom condo is allowed one vehicle only. Any additional cars will need to park in the overflow lot across the street.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as the resort works to improve and enhance the overall guest experience.

Check out the fitness facility, take an afternoon dip in the indoor pool (heated seasonally), and soothe aching muscles in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room. With more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space, SunDestin Beach Resort is ideal for your large personal or professional functions. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk.

SunDestin Unit 1510 is a delightful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. You won’t want for anything in this spacious, fully-furnished unit. Everyone can enjoy their own area comfortably yet all be together in the open-concept living/dining space. Corral the family into the living room to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or gather for meals at the dining table. Prepare snacks and tropical drinks in the fully-appointed kitchen and sample them at the breakfast bar with seating for four. Catch a sunset on the private balcony, then settle in for the night on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, on twin bunks nestled in the hall, or in the private master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom.

Delight in an afternoon at HarborWalk Marina just five minutes away. Spend the day filled with waterfront shopping, a boating or fishing excursion, live entertainment, and fresh cuisine and cocktails!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

Amazing Vacation!

Decent place with good location. Easy access to beach. Needs some general maintenance. (Repair bathroom tile, secure front door lock/latch, carpet tack strips sticking up, replace damaged shower head, toilet paper holder broken. All minor issues that are annoying.

Absolutely horrible experience

The room was extremely dirty. There was mold and dust all in the air vents. Do not recommend this place at all. The pelican beach resort is only two minutes away, and it is way cleaner.

Pros: the view from the balcony is beautiful, the location of the resort is located in center of all restaurants, front desk members were friendly, plenty of towels/was cloths provided Cons: the condo is located right beside the elevators in which are extremely loud/squeaky and you hear then 24/7, the water pressure in the shower was terrible, the water in the sinks never got hot

What a great time!

We had a great time. We love the condo right on the beach. The weather was beautiful except for one day and we would love to come back. My only compliant is we were not offered our complimentary passes at check in and no one even mentioned it. I didn't realize we were supposed to get them so it's partly on me but I still think they should have been offered if that is supposed to be part of the booking and service.

Good location, needs some maintenance.

Pictures are a little deceiving. Place is a little run down. Doors are falling apart(front door trim coming off & lock doesn’t work) on floor between carpet & tile tiny little things that poke up & hurt your feet. Shower pressure is not good. Toilet paper holder in bathroom broken. Not a bad place, just a little run down. Good location.

There was no wifi in the unit. Also, unit was not clean and it was all smelly. Carpet was so dirty you can't even see the original color of it.

Bathroom Door

The bathroom door leading to the bedroom would not close. I put in a work order the first day but no one ever came to fix it. Very inconvenient.

Great Location, Noisy Rooms

The location for this property is amazing right on the beach with spectacular views. I am not sure if it's owned by individual owners or if the rental agency owns it but it has small amenities like a coffee maker and blender but no hair dryer. Although they give you about 8-10 bath towels at the start of your stay you have to pay to launder them (coin laundry on the same floor) or your sheets during your stay. We had a gulf side balcony room but what the pictures don't show is that your bedroom has a window that faces the indoor floor landing and you can hear EVERYONE getting on and off the elevators and no one cares that they made a bunch of noise getting to their rooms disturbing everyone. We got a great early season rate and it is definitely a nice place if you are on a budget as it has some amenities for the kids if the gulf is too rough. I would say if you have a family it's a good option but if you are looking for quiet and peaceful trip and getting a full nights sleep, I would look at other condos. When we come back we will definitely be staying somewhere else.
