SunDestin Unit 1611 is a charming one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Relax in the cozy living room, on the balcony in the open air, or at the dining table with seating for four. No matter your location in the open concept living/dining area, enjoy beautiful views directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Prepare meals or snacks for the beach in the fully appointed kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space. When it’s time to retire, snuggle up in the living room on the queen sleeper sofa with flat-screen TV or in the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat-screen TV.

You’ll find Destin is distinguished by a fresh, seasonal, and locally inspired philosophy celebrating the bounty of Florida’s Gulf Coast. Check out Brotula’s Seafood House & Steamer or Boshamps Seafood & Oyster House, both with expansive views and amazing local fare, just five minutes away from property!

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Awesome!

We love staying at the Sun Destin! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. It is super clean, as soon as you walk in the entrance, and our room, was super clean. The people that work there, are very nice. I would recommend this condo to everyone I know.

We Love Sun Destin

We love Sun Destin condominiums. We stay here every year, for the past 6 years. The whole place is always clean, the employees are nice. There is a restaurant inside the building, and it is very good. A gift store inside, with snacks and beverages, and very cute souvenirs. Outside pool, indoor pool and a kids outdoor water play place. I would highly recommend this place. We won’t stay, anywhere else when we visit.

We will be back. Only rule i dont Like was not being able to put your own chairs on the beach to sit in the water unless you purchase a front row chair. Other than that it was amazing.

The property had recently received some storm damage and looked a bit rough but was working on it. The accommodations and ease of access to the beach was excellent. The restaurant, store, pools, beachside, and condo all in one location made it easy to enjoy beach. Our condo was clean and had a great view of the gulf.

The bed is hard and sofa was nasty and the unit on the balcony is not comfortable sitting out there because it’s blowing out hot air. Sofa is very uncomfortable.

Good experience

Walk out of the main lobby straight to the white sand beach! The hotel has a community indoor pool and community outdoor hot tub. The outdoor pool was closed due to construction but they do have one whenever the construction is over. They have a few spray fountains for little kids that can not swim yet. Fudpucker’s Bar and Restaurant inside lobby as well as a gift shop. You pay for your chairs and umbrellas for the beach there if you forgot yours at home. Close to Destin commons and a Walmart. Fun times staying.

Loved our stay close to beach

We loved our stay. Things of improvement is offering the complamenery tickets as advertised without going for a seminar about vacation homes. Another thing is the tub plug was broke. When we went out to the balcony (they told us smoke free) someone below us was smoking and went up to us everyday. Elevators were slow and some did not work at all. Location was amazing. The amount of towels were good and the tv was good. Shower pressure was low and took a while to get soap out of hair because of this.

The night we got in, we killed a cockroach. The pull out bed cushions have multiple stains on them. On the second night around 12pm we had someone bang on our door so loudly it sounded like they were trying to break in our room. We called management and never heard back from them. Won’t be going back.
